DoubleTree by Hilton Kraków Hotel & Convention Center

This is one of the best Hilton Hotels I have stayed in. We arrived early but were able to store our luggage in a secure room. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Due to me being a Diamond member we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite. It was really comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast was really nice and a really big selection. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout.

Location wise is about 15 mins from the Old Town but plenty of taxis available. Would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

I wish I could give this hotel more stars. It’s excellent value for the cost. Rooms are great, quiet and comfortable, bathroom large and luxurious. Breakfast is superb with lots of choices not found at others such as chia pots and smoothies. Fresh omelette station too. Executive lounge offers a great range in the evening if you have access. But mostly the gym, spa and pool area is really good. The gym is big and has most equipment. The spa is spotlessly clean and has steam, 2 saunas, fancy showers, jacuzzi, pool and spa area inside pool. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Access to city is easy, 10 min walk to tram (can buy tickets on board, 4 zloty). All in all the stay was super relaxing.

We've stayed here a few times. Service has much improved recently compared to 2 years ago. The value is great and the lounge is very convenient. Parking prices have increased recently, perhaps a bit too much, that's the only negative. We got a nice upgrade too due to our diamond status.

Very beautiful hotel. The rooms are comfortable annd cozy. The swimming pool is really nice and it's diveded for thos that wants to swin and for the others that would prefer just to relax in the warm watera. There are two saunas and one hamam which are very well maintained. The gym room is also completed. Only draw back is not having 24h room aervice. Arriving after 22h you'll not have any food service. Some snacks available at the hotel aside.

Spar was unbelievable. Highly recommend. Rooms were lovely and comfortable service was spot on and was a good experience. Let down slightly by the view.

I enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree hotel!
The service was super nice, personel friendly and welcoming. They help you with anything you need. Rooms were just fine. Been surprised how spacious the bathroom was! Also free ironing inside the dresser, how cool was that! Totally very pleased about that one! My only issue was with the door locks, the upper one was made of plastic and didn't make me feel too safe. Also the location is kinda in the forest, so if you return at night get an uber to be sure.

The only comment i would have is that there's no water machine available at all times. Need to buy water bottles, not really ecological.

Great hotel, high standard, friendly & clean.

It is very challenging if you try to use the rooms service and you do not speak polnish. Beef turns into fat pork steak, salad into slices of pickels... better have a walk to the restaurant and eat there,

This must be one of the best value-for-money hotels in Europe. Located outside the city centre, but with good tram connections and less than 15 minutes away by taxi, the hotel has nicely decorated, quiet rooms, a fantastic pool and spa area, an executive lounge with full meals, and good breakfast. It's worth the trek outside the town, especially given the often low price. Especially good value of you are a status member.

Nice modern hotel with a nice pool and great staff. Breakfast was also nice. The only slight negative is the distance from town but that isnt really a big issue especially if you are there for an event in the near by venues.

I stayed with a large group of people for 3 nights. We were all so impressed by how they did everything to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended.

Excellent 4 star hotel in the outskirts of Krakow. It is located close to Tauron Arena of Krakow, about 45' walking(4 km) from Krakow's Castle or 25' by tram. The tram station is only 5 minutes walking distance. The room was almost luxury and with a very spacious bathroom. What was really amazing was the spa area, which included hot bath tubs, jacuzzis, sauna, hamam and cold water swimming pool.

Can honestly say it’s the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Got a great deal for £60 a night which included breakfast. Room spotless, fantastic facilities. Mini fridge, hair dryer, hair and body wash and dressing gowns etc in room. Comfy bed and large dressing area. Large shower as well as decent size shower head and friendly attentive staff all round (bar, reception and cleaners etc). Fantastic large breakfast and drink selection (hot and cold foods - see photos) great bar area and only a ten minute drive from the city. Cost 4 pound in an Uber - can’t complain. Great experience and no complaints

UPDATE:
Stayed here yet again for 5 nights December 20-25, absolutely still on top of their game. Still my favorite and the best Hilton in the world. Service, pool/sauna, attention to detail, quality of the food, executive lounge, all perfect as usual. Even the library where you can read quietly is wonderful.
See you again in September.

I stayed here for a week in August and I'll be back in a few more weeks (I hope to return for 2 weeks around Christmastime).
It remains with perfect customer service and friendly professional staff. The sauna and pool areas are the best I've seen, it's really my favorite part. But the breakfasts and executive lounge offerings are also nice. I appreciate the library and the places to relax. The room is always huge and relaxing with a couch and even a kitchen area.

A very well established name in the area. The personell was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The spa area is open all day long until 22:00 o cklock which is a big plus. The breakfast includes everything that one may need.

Great welcome for Diamond members at a dedicated check-in desk. Jan is a superb host and provided great information throughout. Breakfast in the restaurant was comprehensive and the Executive Lounge had tasty bites in the evening. Parking is easy on the public side.

A really great hotel, slightly out of town, which can be a good thing because Krakow gets very, very busy. Lovely rooms and food but the stand out has to be the staff, in particular Pani Ania. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. A big thank you. We'll be back!

Big and fairly modern hotel with outstanding spa and wellness facilities. Welcoming atmosphere, helpful staff. You can pick up free apples at the swimming pool and at the reception. Comfortable, big beds. High quality liquid soap and shower gel are provided in the bathrooms. The city center can be easily reached by 10 min walk to the Dabie tram stop + tram line 1.
