Important and moving.

Entrance and day: I would recommend going any day except Monday. I went on a Monday and didn’t realise it was a “free entry” day, which meant you had to line up for a minimum of 1.5 hours in the sun. When I left the museum, many people were turned away as they had reached their limit. They don’t allow entry within 90 mins of closing time.

Recommendation: buy tickets in advance!

Absolutely fascinating visit! The Oskar Schindler Enamel Factory exhibition is constructed as a walk through history, offering an in-depth and immersive experience. It is incredibly interesting for anyone looking to learn about historic events of WWII. Highly recommend for history buffs and those wanting to understand this dark period better.

Stunning glimpse into history. A must tour when in Krákow. Our tour guide (Alexandra 'Ola') was spectacular. She was a wealth of knowledge, reciting every detail from memory.

Spent 2.5 hours doing our own tour which i preferred as you get to stop, read and listen to parts you want to. The cinema section talks about the factory history with Schindler. The rest of the factory is an amazing insight into Krakow during the war years. Book tickets in advance as queues are very long

An unbelievable experience for history lovers and in general everyone who visits Krakow as it is an important part of the city and it's history.

I recommend buying tickets online in advance so you don’t have to wait and get a guaranteed entrance.

Super informative museum about the life of what it is like living in Krakow during world war 2 and how Jewish people were treated. Highly recommend going it takes about 1 and half hours to 2 hours to walk all the way through and read all the information.

Very well organised museum about the story of the Jewish population in Poland as well as Schindler's specific story. The guided tour was well worth doing but felt like there was also a lot to see, almost tempted to pay to go round again so that I had time to see the exhibits in more detail.

The museum is very interesting, but if you don’t buy tickets in advance there is a long queue. There are a lot of photos and information and you can easily spend at least one hour here.
If possible, don’t visit it with kids. There are some things that will capture their interest, but they will not focus too long, especially after they spent a lot of time before entrance.

Museum about the history of Krakow during WWII. Some references to the movie Schindlers list such as his desk and places where some scenes were recorded. The guided Tour in the Jewish quarter afterwards by a very talented guide called Helena was a big surplus. She was very passionate and motivated to tell about her links with events during WWII.

Very educational and lots has gone into making this an educational and respectful experience. Are tour guide was extremely passionate about the information she was giving and was clearly very invested in her work. I would advise doing the tour but perhaps also spending time alone to read the information and really absorb the place and it's significance.

Flew all the way to see this factory for this amazing museum. We did get a guide on Get your guide to be more informed of the history behind the factory (highly recommended and recommend) but factory was still great without guide

I really thought I will see the factory like in the movie, anyway it is really very well documented all the history before and after Oskar Shindler created his factory.

We visited the museum on a free entrance day, so we had to wait in line, because we came a bit later. It went quickly, but it's good to arrive as soon as possible. On other days, be sure to buy tickets in advance.
I definitely recommend it to those who like history, but also to everyone else as a reminder of the cruelty and senselessness of war.

Very informative and interesting giving us lots of knowledge about the war not just the factory or Schindler. Great guide at a good pace allowing time for photos. Provided headphones so that everyone could hear the your guide easily.
Great place to find out about Poland during the war with amazing exhibits.
Easy to rebook but needs more information when waiting to enter. Booked through the museums website but we're told to wait for a private tour that we meet outside at the front. Lots of people also waiting and being told by security to wait outside for their private tour. Once met everything was well organised and smooth.

A must-visit for everyone interested who wants to learn more about history. It can be a bit crowded and there are two ways of visiting it: on your own and with official guides. The tour with a guide takes around 2 hours and it's worth it, even though I would have liked a few more minutes in some rooms to look at all the objects and posters that were there.

I was surprised by how interactive the museum is - there are many places you can be immersed in the story. also the plethora of artefacts is probably unmatched nowadays. it is absolutely worth a visit but mind where you’re getting your tickets from - I got them from a third party website and had to wait past my booked time for the man to bring the tickets to me, as they’re not handled by the museum itself.

One of the best museums I've ever visited and certainly the most tactile museum of this kind. Each room is themed differently with walls, floors etc. fitting the theme. An insightful portrayal of the impact on Poland throughout the war and an emotionally charged visit. Would really recommend the guided tour as I don't feel like we would have got as much out of our visit without this.

I went there on the weekend of Corpus Christi, thus there were a lot of tourists in the city and people who wanted to go into the museum as well. Had to wait a while in a queue in front of the entrance as they only allow a specific amount of guests inside the museum. Once you're inside you will understand the reasoning. The corridors and exhibitions don't leave much space. Maybe that's on purpose.

However, the overall museum and exhibition is very good. It not only informs you about Schindler, the factory and the people he saved, but also the history of Poland in-between the first and second world war, the state of the city of Krakow, its Jewish population and the polish resistance.

You can enter on your own or join a guided tour.

Don't get irritated by all the exhibits of weapons and uniforms. There is much more to learn and to remember never to repeat. A single person can save so many lives, but only as a community we can ensure freedom and peace for all of us.

Brilliant experience led by a wonderfull guide.
There's a lot of content here so you need someone to help you sift and pace your visit.
Fascinating insight for anyone who has watched the movie or wants to understand the dark descent into chaos of 1940's Krakow

Went to Schindlers museum om a Saturday, did the tour, you are better off booking a tour guide as there are queues and waiting time could be up to 1 hour.
