Great place to sit, enjoy and play games, which we didn't have time for. Very good seating, lots of hidden options to sit as well. Very atmospheric place. We had the warm beer and some kind of potion (non alcoholic), which was like spiced tea. The beer was super interesting and the tea was lovely.

I LOVE this place. I've been here many times, but it still gives new impressions every time.

Whether you want to have a chill breakfast, or a full lunch/dinner, or a cup of butterbeer (can be alcoholic)) and something more, The Ministry of Magic will provide you with it!

i am in love with wizzarding world ⚡ and this coffee shop was beyond magical! 🌟 very authentic, friendly service, beautifully furnished... really nice evening with super tasty food and drinks! 🥰 #caramelbeer is the best! (even it is not a beer 🤭) ✨.

Found the place randomly and usually where a restaurant commits to a theme, the food can be lacking. Not here! Food and drinks were both so delicious!!! Service was also great and prices are affordable. The dining rooms are so unique too. Location is super convenient too!

The warm caramel butterbeer-like drink was better than the one at the theme parks!! Comes in an awesome themed mug.

We also had the breakfast tortilla wrap and pancakes with seasonal fruits. Both near perfect.

Would definitely recommend and hopefully return.

Very cool bar for drinks and food in sort harry potter / medieval style. The place is really cozy, off the main street, and has a variety of choice. The drink was nice and warm since it was freezing outside. Didn't have to wait long for the table, staff is approachable and speaks English.

Such an amazing place! It is very whimsical and has this warm, welcoming energy. The staff is super friendly. The drinks are such a wonderful surprise; the Harry Potter-inspired names, the innovative presentation, the taste... I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Kraków so than I can try everything they have to offer.

A place with a magical atmosphere! After being seated in a room stylized for a medieval cellar/dungeon I ordered butter beer and cream cheese pancakes. The butter beer was sweet but refreshing, an interesting taste, and the pancakes were so fluffy and delicious! Definitely a must-go place ^^

Stunning Harry Potter themed cafe. Good props, great scenery, nice vibe and a lovely place to chill, grab a butter beer and take in the surroundings. Serves some good food too and very decently priced, I'd go back time and time again.

Amazing atmosphere, not just for Harry Potter fans. Butter beer was fantastic, as well as misty elixirs and desserts.

I am huge fan of the magic world of Harry Potter and this one place seems to be inspired by it. It’s a nice little coffee where you can find few different rooms with different vibes. The best are located downstairs and has some medieval dungeon vibes. I absolutely loved it! The staff was also nice and efficient. I was just a bit disappointed that you can’t buy some butterbeer or pumpkin juice to take away.

I am not one actively looking for Harry Potter themed places but the Christmas decorations piqued my interest. And I am glad that I entered. Very cozy place on three levels, two underground. Medieval architecture like in a castle, the light from the decorations created a magical ambiance.

Had a chocolate suffle, coffee and a carrot cake. All were well done. The coffee on the darker side of the roasting spectrum, which I appreciate. The suffle was sweet and strong in chocolate. The carrot cake flavorful and not too dry. Attentive and welcoming service. Nice place to spend a good amount of time while outside is dark and cold.

I LOVE THIS PLACE !!! Food, service, price, everything was like a dream. My go-to whenever in Krakow!!!

Great place. Harry Potter themed.
We reserved a table for 10 people and restaurant staff seated us in a separate room underground.
Our waiter, Piotr, was very helpful and friendly. He helped us to choose drinks, giving great description of different items in the menu and even telling short stories about them.
Drinks were served very fast and looked attractive. We had Caramel Beer and some potions :)
The interior is also very special, books, owls... We liked it a lot.
Definitely recommend this place if you are a fan of Harry Potter :)

Loved the vibe certainly downstairs . I had a love potion and they add a little magic to it . It's very cosy and food and drinks are delicious . Young , friendly and helpful staff .

I had such a great time, the place is so nice and the details are amazing.
The butterbear was thrilling and the sour pancakes, I miss them already!

I am very lucky that I had a chance to visit this lovely place on Christmas holidays - magic medieval building with Christmas decorations - so exciting! Wonderful cappuccino, pancakes and carrot cake

A MUST. Go down to the very bottom floor and grab a table. Food good & very atmospheric. The 'love potion' non alcoholic drink is theatrical.
