Qubus Hotel Kraków

Great location just off the River Vistula, with easy access to City Centre / Old Town via nearby tram stop. Pleasant, well maintained rooms, good air conditioning (useful in a heatwave!) Brilliantly powerful shower. Breakfast was varied and good quality, service was great. Thank you!

we arrived and the staff greeted us very politely and showed us everything we needed to know. The room was so clean we couldn't find fault. The spa was beautiful and smelt amazing and was very clean and looked after. The food in restaurant was faultless. The staff were amazing from start to finish. This hotel was the whole package and we can't wait to come again.

We've only stayed one night. Though our experience is quite memorable. The view of the city from our room was quite nice but what made my day was the panorama from the top level in the swimming pool. That is something to experience first hand. We were lucky enough to have had a bright sunny day interrupted by a quick storm. Having the view from the swimming pool was incredible with lightning striking above the city while having a chill evening in the pool.
The course dinner was delightfully served with such portions that made me very well fed. Considering the fact that the usual restaurant portion isn't enough for me this is a huge plus in my book. I definitely enjoyed our stay!

Outstanding facilities, gym, pool is stunning and hot tub. I will definitely stay here every time I'm visiting family in Krakow. The location is perfect for wandering in old town or going to the Jewish quarter. Rooms are absolutely perfect, beds and sheets are so comfortable and the climate control works perfectly. Mini fridge is fantastic because we needed to store water and fruits. The breakfast is easily the best part. Huge selection of meats, cheeses, and breakfast goodies. Can't say enough good things about this spectacular hotel.

My first visit to Krakow and the stay made it more amazing. I got the river view room at top floor and it was too beautiful. The breakfast was also delicious. Overall, a very good stay.

I just returned from a weekend at the Qubus hotel with my daughter. The hotel is lovely, the staff are very helpful, special mention to Pamela in the restaurant.
The breakfast was one of. If not the best I've had in any hotel.
There is a nice bar in the spacious open plan foyer.

Just come back from a four night stay at the Qubus. Can't fault this hotel in anyway. Room very good and the staff are really helpful. Good location, short tram ride into the city. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Great stay. Good location for side seeing Krakau. Good breakfast. Nice pool and sauna. Rent a car is located in the hotel if you want to go on a drive in the Polish countryside.

Great hotel in fantastic location. Easy to get to from the airport. Loved the breakfast! You have free soda water dispensers dotted around. Very refreshing! Great value for money

The hotel is the drop-off/pick-up location for Europacar. Whilst you're waiting, be sure to enjoy a coffee in the spacious and relaxing lounge. The huge palm trees inside the lobby are something else!

Lovely place. Really enjoyed our stay in such a wonderful city with its wonderful people. Decent location on the river just outside the main centre, even though very walkable into the main town and square (25 minutes by foot), and not far at all from the cool and inexpensive quaint bustling jewish quarter, alone, well worth a visit. Rooms in hotel were impeccably clean, public areas welcoming, open and airy but cosy, roof top pool with sauna, gym and steam room an added bonus. Tram Station and railway station to main polish network only a stone throw away and other fantastic independent restaurants and local convenience stores all around nearby. Highly recommend this hotel and Poland as a whole for a fantastic city break. Krakow definitely a jewel in the crown of fantastic cities with everything to offer at very affordable prices.

Great location very clean and tidy hotel and rooms. Hard working polite knowledgeable staff. Fantastic food breakfast superb, one tiny observation is the evening menu is small and same each night. We would highly recommend a stay with these kind people at the Qubus.

Great location on the rivers edge so great views across city. Breakfast is lovely with loads of choice. Old Town square is within 20 min walk.

Great hotel, rooms are clean and quiet, staff is polite and friendly. The breakfast was a highlight of the stay, the food variety and quality were great, and the taste of food was superb.

We had a fantastic stay at this Hotel with great views of krakow and the river as we stayed on the 6th floor. The rooms are a little small, but you don't spend a lot of time there and they are spotless and well maintained throughout the stay with water and coffee etc always topped up. Breakfast was delicious and had a great choice every day. The location was ideal as you are right next to the Jewish ghetto and just across the bridge from the Jewish quarter with a great choice of shops and dining options. Total walking time to the old town is about 20 minutes but there is a tram less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel if you prefer. Thanks Qubus and all the staff for a wonderful stay. Happy New Year!

I was very pleased with the hotel. I chose it based on reviews and was not disappointed. Very decent service and conditions. Many thanks to the administrators for their approach to the client. The hotel has a gourmet restaurant with a varied menu. This is my second time staying and everything is great as always. Very good location. Everything is within walking distance. The room rate includes breakfast with amazing dishes. Everything is very high quality and tasty. Also included in the price is access to the fitness room, swimming pool and sauna. Just what you need to relax after a working day.

Qubus Hotel Kraków is a fine establishment. I do not typically provide 5 star reviews, but there are a couple of reasons I will in this case.

1) The management team is customer-centric and supportive. I had my business trip delayed 2 weeks and prepaid the room. With less than 24 hours' notice, they changed my reservation to 2 weeks out and sure enough when I showed up everything was fine. Many other hotels charge a late change fee or similar - not this Qubus Hotel. Bonus kudos for such service.

2) Great restaurant option for breakfast and dinner. For a business trip you can grab a pretty solid quality European breakfast mix. They have most everything you would expect and it is kept fresh and restocked often. For dinner they have a variety of selections that enable people that eat most types of food to be able to try something new each night of the week. Nothing I tried disappointed - top quality marks all around. This is important because many hotels in EU that have food services can lack in either flavor or appearance/presentation, but that is not the case at Qubus Hotel Krakow.

Other general positive details: they have an iron and ironing board in the room - other places I've stayed in Europe typically do not have that amenity. The room featured a nice bathtub that was a bit deeper than standard, which was nice. Taxis/Uber options were readily available most times of the day - perhaps 1-3 minutes wait on average, which allows you to not have to schedule fixed times for pickups. Staff is generally friendly and helpful.

One thing to note for US travelers-bring your own advil/Tylenol/etc. Poland is a bit particular about over the counter medicines like these and they only sell such things at specific businesses (and only during regular hours). Better off to bring a few such medicines instead of trying to figure out a Poland equivalent.

All is great, location perfect.
25min walking distance to old town or take a taxi. Breakfast is 5 stars, very much to choose from and fresh. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel when you visit Krakow.
