Beautiful hotel, friendly staff & lovely continental breakfast. Hot choice is nearly always polish but plenty of other things to choose from. Even have us a packed lunch one day for our day trip. The spa treatments were absolutely amazing & the massage girls were lovely & friendly. The hotel boasts a range of their own cosmetics, toiletries & hair products which I ordered from their website when I got home. Reception staff more than obliging when we needed to order taxis to different places, including our return journey to the airport. Overall, a very pleasant stay x

Really nice place. Professional staff.
Food is just delicious. They also have nice green area.

We had our wedding lunch here and thanks to Maria Florek everything was perfect. Kind, hard worker, organized, sympathetic and very helpful. She made possible that the event took place. Just perfect.

Rooms clean and tidy. Include tea and coffee. Restaurant is really good. Modern Polish food. Well worth staying here and travelling into krakow

Food amazing. Nice hotel, clean and quiet. Walkable distance from big shopping center. Spa is great. The masseuse was really good.

Wonderful płace to stay. Breakfest buffet is out of this world. Hospitality is forefront. Family owned. Only negitive is No elevator and 3 floors
