We used the services of this clinic: we underwent a full examination of the body and comprehensively repaired our teeth. We came to Krakow from England, and were pleasantly surprised by the service and quality of services. First of all, communication: we were answered very quickly, all staff communicate in English. Since we were in Krakow for only a week and wanted to resolve all issues quickly, a convenient visit plan was made for us. I am satisfied with all the services provided to me. The doctors are great. Special thanks to the staff for helping us and making our stay in the hospital comfortable and efficient. We will definitely come back.

10/10 experience. I came to Medicover as an uninsured backpacker from the US seeking a primary care physician. Couldn't get my phone to get through to their number, so I walked in on a Monday morning to schedule an appointment. The receptionists were very kind and helpful and all spoke great English. I was able to schedule an appointment for just a couple hours later. The doctor spoke great English, was very mindful of my symptoms, and provided great care. He wrote up a couple prescriptions for me, which the pharmacy next door had. I walked out feeling much more comfortable. Overall, the visit was very cheap out of pocket, especially by US standards -- I think 240 PLN plus 20 PLN for a streptococcus test.

I had an appointment with an ear nose and throat specialist, made the appointment a day before, only paid $100AUD as a tourist. Despite the doctor not speaking English, he gave excellent care. The receptionist came in to the room and translated. They went above and beyond to accommodate for me and help fix my ear problem.

Just been today to the podgorska branch today. The young, blonde receptionist and Dr Ewa are amazing! I don't speak Polish and made a mistake with my appointment, but they both helped greatly.

Panie z recepcji też mi pomogły znaleźć gabinet, bo troszkę się zgubiłam
Była lekka kolejka do pobrania krwi, ale szło to w miarę sprawnie

Bardzo polecam tę placówkę! Panie z recepcji wykonują swoją pracę na najwyższym poziomie będąc przy tym bardzo profesjonalne i pomocne. Już od samego wejścia czułam się zaopiekowana co przełożyło się na dalszy pobyt w tym miejscu.
