As I usualy divert from any kind of web purchases, the first big one was with Kratki.pl. Since the first inquiry, Mr. Piotr Czapla was very informative, made a great deal in purchasing one of their stoves, and made the entire purchase so effortless and without worry. excellent contact with Piotr who gave me good advice all along the process. The product looks great, and works perfectly.
The only issue I had was to find a solution to lift it and move it to the right place in my living room (it weights approx 250 kgs !).

While buying a fireplace for a family home, I came across the company KRATKI, although they are from Poland and I am from Croatia, so I decided to contact them. Upon my inquiry, Mr. Piotr Czapla contacted me and arranged and offered everything I needed on the same day. Although some segments are waiting longer in production, he even rushed it. Kratki is a very reliable producer of wood burning stoves. I was not able to organize a stove in a reasinable amount of time and money in Austria. That is why i decided to order directly from Kratki in Poland. Their homepage is not great but they have an excellent service staff that guided me in German which components i need to buy in combination. Stove was delivered within approx 6 weeks. Freight costs were approx 130 Eur. All in all very good service, very nice and qualitative stove and good value for money. I can recommend this company.
