Atrium Hotel

So glad to have chosen this hotel for our first visit to Krakow! The lovely ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location was the ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful city. Will definitely come back again one day! :)

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Lovely and quiet, great size of a room,breakfast not our normal Irish food but still very good. Will definitely return sometime, just 5 minute walk from main square

Staff could not be any more friendly and helpful.

Rooms were clean and very spacious for 2 grown men and beds were reasonably comfortable

Service all throughout hotel, from reception to the bar/restaurant is one of the best in my experience.

I held two lunch receptions in their beautiful atrium restaurant. The food was excellent and service was superb. All said, I feel that it was the hotel’s reception and restaurant manager, Agnes, most gracious and helpful, that made our family reunions most memorable. Next time in Krakow I plan to repeat that experience.

Very good Hotel, nearby old town so a perfect location. We had the luxury room and these where perfect. Very good service and thea people at the reception desk are very friendly and helpfull. We recommend this Hotel when travelling to Krakau

Spent 4 nights here.
Staff was always helpfull, friendly and nice.
The room was clean and the beds comfortable, maybe a bit too hard for my taste.
Breakfast was alright, maybe a bit boring after the 3rd day, bu thats just me.
Location is close to old town and everything you would need for a few days.
All in all a great place to stay.

The location is great, close to the old town. Good hotel, excellent breakfast. One morning they didn't clean my room, but apart from that there are no complaints.

3 star hotel more towards 3,5 rooms can be improved but they are clean. Maybe queen bed is not enough for a standard double. But they manage to change the room. Thanks

Excellent hotel, and value for money in a great location in Krakow. Breakfast was very good, clean rooms, and very helpful staff, special thanks to Matajs from Reception. Definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Krakow.

AMAZING value for money. The hotel, rooms, bar area, restaurant all lovely and exceptionally clean. Staff were wonderful and anything you asked for was never too much. I'll definitely recommend to anyone and visit myself again one day.

Just got back from a one night stay in Krakow and couldn’t fault this hotel or the staff at all.
We arrived at 11:00 and wanted to go to Auschwitz and straight away the hotel transport was called and we were taken there and back for just £66 (2 people) in a private taxi. Whilst at Auschwitz the driver waited for us to look around both camps (3 and a half hours) and then drove us back.
Agnus on reception is a big credit to the hotel and made us feel very welcome along with the driver.
Standard rooms are standard but for the price you pay it’s perfect, especially with breakfast included. Reception, bar and restaurant of the hotel is lovely and also in a great location being just 5 minutes walk from the old town.
Will definitely return to this hotel if I go back to Krakow.

Great place to stay and close to the Market Square and shops.

Best hotel we've ever been! Really amazing staff, especially thank to Mikolai, he's so helpfull and he cares of everything, and Paulina, she's a master of hospitality! We'll back to Atrium in the future for sure, thank you for memorable moments! 💕

Wonderful hotel at the North of Krakow just outside the Old Town but just 5 minster walk in, and also close to the modern shopping centre and bus/train stations
Our room was lovely, very clean and modern with a nice comfy, if low! , bed. Food was lovely and all the staff so friendly and helpful. We are hoping to get back early next year.

Very comfortable cosy hotel in the old town. Five minutes walk from the old square which is stunning with lots of restaurants, pubs and shops. Hotel is five minutes walk to the enormous shopping centre. Hotel located in a quiet street off a main route so transport is easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was two single duvets on a double bed.
