I came in with a bit of a challenge (a messy home haircut, some residual green colour), and yet I don't think I've ever seen my hair look so good as it does right now!

I had Sabina who was competent, calm and friendly. She spoke good English and adviced me well. I got highlights and a cut.

I'm genuinely tempted to travel to Krakow next time I need my hair coloured, because it was such a good experience. Love Sabina, love the place, can highly recommend!

Great luxurious hair place! They have a full range of services as well as very nice and professional staff. They speak English here if you’re nervous about that. A basic haircut included a head massage and a wash which was an unexpected perk. 10/10 recommend

Nice place with very friendly staff, reminds me HairHouse in Kyiv. The hair salon is located on a second floor of a new building. I got a bit lost while looking for the entrance, so I'll add a photo of the entrance for people like me :)

Anna S. did an amazing job with my haircut and blonde highlights! I am visiting from the USA and wish I could return to this salon. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I don’t speak Polish, but many of the staff could speak a little bit of English. Prices are very affordable! I recommend making an online appointment. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes for the highlights, wash, cut and styling process which is very efficient.

LOVE! A random chance upon this salon, I was luckiest to have been served by a team of professional & warm friendly people at Hair Room. Having been a hair model for over 10years, I consider the stylists & services here top notch, reasonably priced. This will undoubtedly be my go-to place in Krakow for hair services. I'm very satisfied with my haircut. To mention Karolina was a good and cooperative hairdresser. She has a very good knowledge about hair styling. She suggested me what looks good and what not. At the end I came out with a smile and satisfaction. I just really loved their gesture.

Felt welcome. My hairstylist Anja doesnt speak English but there was another girl who helped translating to understand my request. No chit chat, which was good for me. Hair wash with massage chair. I dont have high expectation because I have different hair compare to local, so it was good for me.

As a non-Polish speaker, I am always nervous to get my hair styled or cut. Hair room staff were friendly, the facility was beautiful and relaxing, and the stylist I had, Pauline, was excellent! If there was something that she or I could not understand, we just used Google Translate. But in my opinion, she spoke very good English. I LOVED my haircut and blow out. For the during I am living in Krakow, Hair Room is where I will go for all my hair styling needs.

The Hair Room was recommended by a colleague who has been a regular client for couple of years. I booked the time via Booksy, and it was confimed later by a text message. The place is very modern, clean and I like the overall atmosphere. They offer something to drink and during the hair wash, they provide head massage if you want. Paulina was a professional, she cut my hair really nicely and made it look so fresh. Thank you very much! My warmest recommendations for this place.

I came as outgrown blonde and left with the best, most juicy, shiny and pretty red/auburn hair of my dreams! I had an appointment with Anna who did her job flawlessly and gave some great advice, overall I believe it was the best salon experience of my life:)

I came to this place for a haircut while visiting Krakow and I was very happy with the result. The staff speak good English and booked me in for an appointment on the same day. The staff here are very friendly, professional and well trained. The salon is also very clean and modern, and I was offered refreshments while waiting. I would definitely recommend coming here for your hair if you are looking for a reliable hairdressers in Krakow.

Very professional service was provided by Anna. I am very happy with the haircut, toning service and analysis of my hair condition which was very informative and allowed me to purchase personalised treatment.

Totally loved my hair makeover. Karolina was my hair artist and even though she is not fluent in English and I don’t know polish, she was very patient and kind.
