Great hotel, great location, staff were amazing! We forgot an adapter and umbrella which they supplied for us! The room was very clean with good amenities! I'd definitely stay again if visiting Krakow!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is simply unbeatable, as you step out of the hotel and find yourself in the charming old town. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Anna at the reception who made us feel truly welcome. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, offering the perfect retreat after a day of exploration. Despite the lack of nearby parking, the hotel's car service was very convenient. They took care of parking our car and brought it back to us whenever we needed it with no additional fee for the service, other than the regular parking fees. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and stress-free stay!

The hotel is located in the heart of the "Old Town", on the street that connects the central entrance of the Old Wall with the main square of Krakow. In addition to a very good location, the hotel is distinguished by a good quality of service

The only thing was the breakfast options, as someone who can’t eat dairy there wasn’t much choice as it was 3 courses (5 small plates all had dairy) and I wasn’t offered an alternative.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The room is confortable, the breakfast is outstanding, the location couldn't be any better. You get access to the gym and the spa for being a guest and you are withing walking distance of Krakow main attractions.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location, right by the Rynek Głowny (main square)! The staff were lovely, service excellent, the spa very relaxing and atmospheric, the bedrooms quiet and the food delicious. The kitchen was visible from the dining room, so you could see the food being prepared - I loved seeing the pots of fresh herbs ready to be used. We really hope to visit again before too long!

Incredible stay! Stayed 6 days and loved every moment of it. The staff are really kind, the rooms are so beautiful, and the spa was an amazing bonus. If you get the chance, the restaurant inside the hotel is a Michelin star restaurant, and the food is definitely worth a try! It’s also conveniently located directly in the city center. I would recommend and I hope to one day return!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the old town of Krakow with an exceptional spa and a very friendly staff.

I was in contact with the staff weeks before arrival and all personal wishes were excellently fulfilled down to the smallest detail.

When the first suite on the 1st floor was too noisy for us, we immediately got another suite in an excellent location and were very satisfied.

Highly recommended and we will definitely be back! Thank you very much!

Tried the 7 course tasting menu for lunch and really enjoyed it. For 60z it’s not an awful deal considering the experience. The restaurant is in the corner courtyard, covered by a glass roof with great views onto the kitchen. As is standard for tasting menus, portions are small. This one is mostly appetizers. Everything was tasty and prepared with attention to detail. Staff were attentive and took empty plates away rather quickly.

Perfect location, expertly and friendly service. Exceptional taste in all the details gives a feeling of European luxury and comfort. The spa is unique, - exciting and relaxing at the same time. Overall a most satisfying experience - looking forward another stay in this amazing place next year.

We tried the 7 courses menu for lunch and it was wonderful: Very fresh, tasty and nicely presented food. The location is very attractive with a glass roof and view to the kitchen. The service was very friendly, quick and attentive. We really enjoyed a perfect lunch experience at a very attractive price.

We enjoyed an unforgettable stay in Kraków’s oldest, and undoubtedly most atmospheric, hotel. It is also superbly located, just off the market square. The interiors are luxurious yet understated. We stayed in a beautiful junior suite thanks to a complimentary upgrade. The suite had beautiful frescoes on the wall and an incredible light fitting. As it faced the courtyard, it was whisper-quiet. The bed was firm and comfortable, the floors in the bathroom were heated and there was both a deep bath and a separate shower room. The L’Occitane toiletries were luxurious and the complimentary water and Nespresso capsules were a great touch. We also greatly enjoyed the amazing spa located in the cellar and the fact that it was open until 11pm each night. Thank you to Natalia and her team for taking such great care of us - they responded to numerous emails before our arrival and also arranged a transfer from the airport and a kettle for our room so we could make tea. Overall it was a highly enjoyable and relaxing stay and I hope to visit again before too long.

A peaceful eclectic oasis in the middle of Krakow's old town!!

I have seen many hotels; however, I will rate this among the best in the category!

It’s just right - nothing too much - minimalism - just perfect for a comfortable stay! From the high ceiling to flooring, the colour of the wall, to the plants in the restaurant! Everything is the way it supposes to be - this hotel seems more like a soulmate to me…

Breakfast was perfect too!!

Sister properties, including shopping malls owned by the same owners - are exemplary and exquisite! The new definition of modern luxury!

The location of this hotel was perfect, the rooms were spacious, warm and welcoming.
We received a free upgrade which was brilliant and the spa facilities were amazing after a long cold day of walking.

Pod Różą Is now one of my favourite Europe hotels! The design and architecture is superb and the staff so friendly and helpful with anything. It felt like waking up in an old castle but with contemporary design. A must visit ⭐

If you think you know what paradise is, you are wrong. Unless you have been here. I would love to meet the genius, who came up with this spa area. It is a one of a kind idea, one of a mind design, impressive materials it has been made of and very well maintained. What I loved about the service is the amazing aromatherapy and light therapy that is not even mentioned but is there. It feels so private, so intimate, so soothing for your soul. I loved it so much. I called everyone I love and told them they have to come. I myself am thinking to return next week. Thank you everyone for making my stay special.
