Everything was perfect except when we stayed there , there was some construction going on so it was slightly noisy when they started work in the morning. Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and clean .

I loved staying here. Staff are very sweet, welcoming and cannot do more for you.
Rooms are spotless, warm and well set out.
The restaurant is particularly good. The hospitality team are great.
The hotel is away from the town centre but buses are easily connected with trams. Taxis are cheap and easy. Just avoid rush hour 4 pm to 8 pm.

I had to change my booking and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is comfortable and clean, with everything you need inside the room. Also free underground parking. I totally recommend.

The hotel is a perfect one, having high standards and everything being on point! Would recommend, even for large groups as well!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the weekend and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The accommodations were comfortable, clean and luxurious, and the staff, particularly the receptionist, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The receptionist's warm smile and helpful attitude made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped in. Their knowledge of the local area and recommendations for places to visit made my trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and the strategic position (if you want to go somewhere you just ask Weronika and she does the rest and always keeps a smile on her face). Tbh can't wait to come back!

Apartament, w którym byliśmy miał salon i 2 sypialnie z łazienkami oraz aneks kuchenny, co bardzo nam odpowiadało, mogliśmy sami przygotować posiłki. W łazienkach były kosmetyki, w jednej z nich suszarka. Jedna lazienka przystosowana była dla osób niepełnosprawnych. W każdej sypialni był telewizor, szafa, sejf, toaletka. W salonie również telewizor, ława, duży stół. Codziennie zmieniano ręczniki. Było bardzo czysto. Hotel posiada bezpłatny dwupoziomowy parking. Podobało nam się. Szczerze polecam!

Korzystaliśmy z apartamentu 6 osobowego. Pokoje bardzo czyste,wyposażone . Jest lodówka, pralka , żelazko, komplet ręczników.wygodne łóżka. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny, zarówno panie z recepcji jak i z restauracji. Korzystaliśmy ze śniadań hotelowych, wybór ogromny, wszystko pyszne. Polecam

Pobyt służbowy na jedną noc. Wszystko co potrzebne jest na miejscu. Parking podziemny, winda, nowoczesny komfortowy pokój. Smaczne śniadanie w restauracji na parterze, gdzie można również zjeść w ciągu dnia np. smaczną pizze. Ceny bardzo ok. Lokalizacja poza centrum Krakowa, ale w moim przypadku idealna. Mógłbym zostać dłużej.
