The Hotel itself has a great location. Very close to the centre, yet so very quiet when it comes to bed times as it's just on the River opposite the Castle. The hotel staff are incredibly polite and friendly. There was never a problem to accommodate us with an extra requests. The apartment was very spacious, very comfy beds, great shower( hot with proper pressure with no so very common leaks from the shower cabin )
Breakfast was very tasty, wide range of foods,fresh and yummy. I will most definitely come back to Hotel Poleski.

Can't fault this hotel. Room was fantastic and modern with a great size bathroom. Hotel Restaurant served good food and nice continental breakfast. The staff were friendly and willing to help especially with teaching me a few useful Polish phrases. What made my stay superb was the stunning view across the river of Wawel Royal Castle from my room, the restaurant inside and the roof top terrace, WOW! 🖒

Hotel for people who values silence and want to rest from noice of city traffic and not been woken up by noise of Krakow’s trams ))
One from rare which has no any roads or railways behind the windows but only beautiful views for river and ancient castle with famous Krakow’s dragon.

Even Sheraton has no such Awesome views directly from your room’s window. Towels and bed sheets are fresh. Personnel are very kind. Parking places available. Low price.

In spite of the concrete-like exterior, it is a great hotel on the riverfront and with stunning views of Wavel Castle.
The rooms need a bit of redecorating but are comfortable and clean.
The staff are very helpful and there is a well-stocked bar and also a roof-top bar/restaurant.
Highly recommended!

Stayed for four nights at the hotel. Room was good food was good pretty much overall perfect, Kraków was beautiful near enough to the main square, had meals at the hotel's restaurant which over looked the river and the castle. Very nearly to main attractions including Auschwitz which was very good experience, it will be hard to forget what we have seen about 1 hour drive away. The vist to salt mines was a great day out about 25 mins drive. Overall hotel was great, staff were very helpful, rooms were clean as were bathrooms and food was good. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel has a restaurant that is quality, the food was amazing the tastiest food I have had for a long time cook to perfection, the night we where there Christmas Eve there was only 1 member staff waiting on and he was absolutely brilliant he was total in control and took orders for meals and drinks served all the meals and drinks and was very attentive to all the customers he was that good we and and other tipped him very well because he deserved it total
