Friendly staff who have a big chance of writing your name totally wrong on the cup

Always super friendly staff and they've never tried to rush me out when I'm eating. A little noisy though as it's right next to the food court. A quieter option is the one outside of the Galeria building, if you're or your love one(s) are sensitive to sound.

Amazing frappucino, caramel machiatto and cakes!

Went a few times, my favourite taste the same as what I had in other countries. Once I got my order wrong and they helped me to change without complaints. They also come out often to clear the tables.

Starbucks can never disappoint you. Tasty coffee, they have good tea as well. However, as it is in centre, it might be crowded. You cam find other Starbucks not too far away from this one if you want to drink coffee a little bit more peacefully.

They have a good atmosphere but it's more a place for having a cup of coffee with friends than working. It's just harder to focus on a task because of walking shoppers. So if you want to work a little, I highly recommend going to Starbucks at Krupnicza street.

Great Starbucks with very friendly staff, they speak English. Coffee was just done in a few minutes. Free wifi to use. Highly recommend this place!

The cafe is conventionally placed near the Cracow downtown and central station. The cafe itself is nicely decorated, coffee is good but not the best, however, understand the efforts if staff which is friendly and fast in service, also a good selection of snacks and cakes. I recommend.central station
