Burger King - Galeria Krakowska

I know it's just another fast-food chain, and you are probably thinking why I am leaving a review for such a franchise. Well, I believe that each brach is based on the people who works at the site, and this specific branch at Galleria Krakowska was a lovely place. Very clean, and the staff members are very sweet and patient as many people did not come to get their orders within just a few calls. I did not see any employees complaining.

One comment I want to make for the employees of the Burger King at Galleria Krakowska, please do not sweep or spray while the customer is eating / nearby because it was not so pleasant when an employee sweeping the floor while I was trying to enjoy my meal. Other than that, I will still give all five for the friendly staff members. :)

Decent Burger King experience. I can't really give any fast food place 5 stars these days - you know what you will be getting is at least consistent..

Very nice fast food, they offer a 10% discount for students (unfortunately only at the cash desk, which during rush hours is a bit busy).

This place is quick and the kiosks are easy to use. It's good for vegans with the plant based whopper, plant based nuggets, and french fries. The kiosks work in English and Polish and you can order takeaway or dine in. I wish the fountain drinks had more selection like sparkling water and other flavors.

Slightly less pricey than McDonald's but depends on what you order.
Decent options for vegetarian people.

Self-service touchscreen terminals and the staff call the order number in English. The food is world-class. Polish BK is so fresh tasting compared to the UK. Amazing stuff!

I've eaten here twice. On both occasions, the food has been hot, fresh, and well-prepared by competent staff. Much better than the average Burger King.
