WM Hotel System

Was very cheap to book. The staff were so lovely and friendly, I felt so welcomed as soon as arriving. The room was big and spacious. The bathroom was massive! Lovely shower. Clean towels everyday! Room and bed cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great also! Great value for money. I will definitely be returning as I didn't get chance to use the pool facilities 🙈 thank you for a lovely stay WM system hotel. X

We stayed at this hotel may 2019, for 4 days, really nice hotel, staff very friendly, the swimming pool, gym and sauna all included in the low price, we paid for bed and breakfast.
The restaurant, sauna swimming pool and the gym all open until 11pm which is a great idea to relax after long days doing the tours.
The hotel is 20 mins out of the old town, so if you want a town hotel this isnt for you.we had booked tours that picked us up from hotel and dropped us back there (highly recommended). so wasn't a problem.
check out isn't until 12pm,(so no early rise n shine to leave) and reception even looked after our luggage whilst we went to town as wasn't getting picked up until 5,30pm..**highly recommended**

We stayed for 2 nights, very clean and nice room, and not too small. The breakfast was nothing special, the food quality could be better. It's great that you get a bottle of water and coffee in your room.

My friend and I were very impressed with the spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant served delicious meals, beautifully displayed buffet. The staff were always helpful and courteous. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!!!

I am recommending special for foreginers, cause its cost a bit, but really good quality in nice price. Especially You should go for a wellness zone, gym and pool not so big but great after for example visiting at Zamek Wawelski or Old Town. In Cracovia I am recommending going another places and its a great to lost in the center near Sukiennice Area, GREAT CITY ;), but not the Best in Poland in my opinion, because I Don t like The Great City with a lot of people, I prefer small Villages, So from this hotel is So nice to go for #JuraKrakowskoCzestochowska or TATRZAŃSKI PARK NARODOWY. GENERALLY ALL POLAND IS GREAT :)))

Very pleasant staff nothing was to much trouble. Hotel was clean and amenities ie swimming pool/sauna a good free extra food was very good and varied. Overall would highly rate this hotel

Bel hôtel, belles chambres, avec en plus un propriétaire sympa qui parle français !
De plus, le parking pour motos est fermé et gratuit.
Amis motards, n'hésitez pas à vous y arrêter.

Нас с семьёй все устроило. Заселили раньше на пару часов, номер чистый, все работало. Ночевали там в период военного положения в Украине- был бесплатный перекус, горячие напитки, детское питание. Большое спасибо персоналу. Расположение- нам было удобно и важна близость к вокзалу.
