Radisson Blu Hotel, Krakow

Fab location, 5 minutes walk (flat) from centre. Lots of shops, cafes etc nearby. The hotel arrange taxis, tours and have a massage service too. The rooms were comfortable although if your room is at the front of the hotel the traffic/trams/horses can be a bit noisy with the window open.
The staff were friendly and polite and the restaurant service was great.

The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed for a short business trip. Staff were friendly, and spoke excellent English. Location is perfect! Close to public transport, easy to get a taxi from too, and within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars/pubs/clubs, and other tourist attractions

I have rarely experienced such a nice and courteous reception as at the Radisson Blu Krakow. The receptionist immediately had my booking ready and was able to upgrade me to a junior suite based on my VIP status with Radisson. Wine and snacks were provided as a welcome gift in the generously designed suite.
Sometimes it's the little things that make the difference. For example, a good night wish was placed on our pillows in the evening along with a chocolate.
I was positively impressed by the service in the hotel.

Generally speaking, the hotel is not the newest, but it is definitely not run-down. Nevertheless, everything has a very high quality and I will gladly book it again.

We booked a room for two nights. Our room was great, the front desk service was excellent. We loved the bar, the bartenders and Katerina from Ukraine. (I hope that’s her name, the sweetest girl). Great drinks and service, make sure you get the Rye soup! Just perfect for the weather. See pic from view from our room.

Best experience at Krakow, hotel facilities are great, Staff is the best, bar/Restaurant has a good food and location could not be better you can easily access old town and river margin, for those like me who like to run in the mornings location could not be better, several options around. river margin is usually my choice

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Sparkling clean, fast wifi, spacious rooms, and every amenity including a large decently stocked gym and sauna (although no pool). The location is phenomenal - right at the edge of old town, next to the ‘ring’ park, so it’s quiet and peaceful but still wonderfully central. Highly recommend!

a decent hotel with modern rooms that have everything you need. I personally liked the little office desk in the room. Good when you need to get some work done.

My wife booked this hotel for two nights. Everything was perfect, the only thing to be improved is the condition of a room, it needs to be renovated a bit. Breakfasts were perfect and delicious. Staff members were extremely friendly. Receptionist Valentina impressed me with her kindness. A very pleasant girl. What is more, a friend from housekeeping with a tattoo on his neck was super polite, explained us how to get to old town and recommended restaurant which was really nice. We were really impressed that not only receptionist but even housekeeping member was fluent in English. He quickly prepared an extra bed for a child, in the evening made a compliment with a sweet. Super service, super staff members, delicious food and drinks. Radisson always 5*.

Only done one night of a 4 night stay and its been great so far.
Place is spotless and the staff are very nice and helpful apart from we couldn't check in before 3pm but they did keep our bags in storage so we could go out and then return to check in.
Oh and it seems you need chromecast to stream to the TV which I didn't have so couldn't use Netflix but it did have YouTube so watched that.

Awesome hotel in the center of Krakow. It is in the center of the city and is such a great location for those who love to walk everywhere. The rooms are large and very nice, the breakfast was perfect before a day of sightseeing, and the hotel bar was a great place for pre-dinner drinks. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Krakow.

The Hotel is absolutely gorgeous with professional and extremely friendly staff. The location is perfect and is very close to the old town and Wavel Castle. For sure this will be the place where I will stay whenever I wil visit Krakow.
