The hotel staff were so lovely and welcoming. They did everything they could to make our time with them enjoyable and even gave brilliant recommendations of places to visit. The location is ideal as it's within walking distance of many tourist attractions and pick up spots for tours, aswell as some great restaurants.
The room was small but lovely. Very soft beds and the bathroom was perfect with a lot of space.

Cosy baroque style building - slightly dated with quirky features. Lovely continental style breakfast with plenty to choose from. Very helpful and pleasant staff, all of whom spoke English. Rooms were small but we'll equipped and clean.

This is a hotel for those wanting to visit Krakow for its history and beauty. Not a hotel for those wanting to visit the city for a drinking weekend. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in a triple room and it had lots of space. The area has lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Very quiet on a night and comfortable beds for a great sleep. Would definitely recommend Hotel Eden.

We (my friends and I) stayed here for 5 nights over a long weekend. We shared a three bed room, which was very nice and spacious for the three of us. The room was clean and included a wardrobe and fridge which was nice. The bathroom was also clean and very functional/suited for our needs. Water was very hot at times but that's not an issue.
We also paid to have breakfast, which was an impressive spread (as one who is used to English breakfasts). Very much continental with a polish twist. It was also served in the basement which is one of the most interesting venues for breakfast. They also offered a lunch box takeaway in lieu of breakfast, which worked well for us as we left before the start of breakfast for two of our days there.
The hotel staff are extremely friendly and were accomodating. The team spoke good English and where always on hand.
The location of Eden hotel is right in the middle of old Krakow and the Jewish district. There is a small square outside of the hotel entrance with lots of nice restaurants and food outlets. It was less than 10 minutes walk to some of the historic attractions and ideal location to get to city centre. Bus/train station is about 30mins walk.
The price for our 5 night stay and breakfast was very reasonable (we were amazed at the price of lots of things in Poland (compared to England) and hotel was also one of them.
Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely be using Eden again when we next visit Krakow.
Dziękuję Eden.

What a gem, tucked away in the Jewish Quarter, with lots of cool places nearby. Great breakfast underground. Staff very helpful. While furniture older gives homely feel.

Hotel Eden was centrally located in Krakow's Jewish Quarter, within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife, public transport and Krakow's Old Town. The area around the hotel was safe and quiet with a nice and relaxed atmosphere.

The guest rooms were large and comfortably furnished with a desk, work chair, minibar and a large and comfortable bed. The interior seemed somewhat old, but was well maintained and in good condition. The bathroom was simple but conveniently decorated and there was a good selection of towels and toiletries.

The cleanliness was very good, but due to Covid-19 restrictions, the rooms were not cleaned during our stay. This is to avoid the spread of infection.

The hotel's common areas were clean and well maintained.

Breakfast was served as a buffet and had a rich selection of both hot and cold dishes. The dishes seemed to be homemade and there were some variations from day to day, which helped to lift the impression. The staff in the breakfast room appeared friendly and attentive.

The reception staff were very friendly and attentive.

It should be mentioned that the hotel is not a new and trendy hotel, but that it has an old charm and a high level of service. I would visit the hotel again and can safely recommend it to other travelers.

We only stayed here one night after arriving at Krakow airport. They arranged a transfer for us, when we arrived we were able to check in at 11pm. The room was clean and nice. My only negative thing to say was from our room on the first floor we could hear people talking as they walked by on the street quite loudly. But this was infrequent anyway. The breakfast buffet the next day was brilliant and it gave us a good taste of a bunch of Polish food. The hotel let us leave our bags after checkout while we wandered Krakow and when we came back for them a few hours later they even booked us another taxi for the next bit of our journey. Thank you so much for your fantastic customer service, it made our trip much easier.

The hotel is located in the perfect spot in Krakow. You can find many cute cafes and hipster bars nearby. The room was exceptionally clean and its vibe fitted nicely with the vibe of the Kazimierz neighborhood. Breakfast provided many options and was good.

The dressing table with a mirror was a nice touch :))

Well situated in the old town
but easy to find all other places of interest on Krakow. Rooms very very clean and well serviced. Staff from the front desk to the breakfast ladies are always at your neck and call, nothing too much trouble. Beds very comfortable and brilliant pillows. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

I’m really surprised this is a three-star hotel, since it seems to deserve more stars than that. The staff are very kind and accommodating and the rooms are spotless and beautiful. With a bohemian touch, this hotel is steps from everything the Jewish District has to offer and is within walking distance of Old Town. We had a lovely stay here and our expectations were exceeded at every turn.

Amazing hotel with a great price to quality ratio. Located in the Jewish District of Kraków roughly 25 minutes from the main square. Really comfortable beds and pillows. Some people might not be happy with the carpets, but I didn't mind. The attic room was quite hot, but AC solved this problem. Definitely coming back in the future :)

Small hotel in the very heart of the Kazimierz district. There are all sorts of bars and restaurants literally within a stone's throw and none are further than an easy pace 10 minutes. The room was spotless though a little small for people with large luggage but on the other hand the bathroom is quite large. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of items. Unfortunately we only stayed here one night but found it to be ideal for us and would readily come back if we had to come back to Krakow.

Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially reception staff. Rooms spacious and air conditioning was a appreciated with the hot weather. Varied and plentiful breakfast. Super location to browse around the old quarter, something to see around every corner, bars and restaurants are plentiful. Would definitely return to this expertly run hotel.

Small quiet hotel with modest decor though interesting and attractive exposed brickwork in the underground breakfast restaurant and very clean. Very good location in the Jewish quarter with pleasant and economical restaurants and bars on the doorstep and plenty of things to see nearby and very easy to get to old part of the city. Busses and trams excellent value and reliable timing. Krakow fascinating, clean and friendly. Fab for a short break.

Great value. Friendly helpful staff. Room comfortable. Nicely heated. Bed and pillows suited me. Very quirky place, especially going down to sauna and breakfast room. Near good eating places and a local shop. B&B. Breakfast food is ok. Would stay again.
