The Muzeum Sił Powietrznych, located in Dęblin, is a must-see for anyone interested in aviation or military history. It houses an impressive collection of aircraft, artifacts, and exhibits that tell the story of the Air Force's role in shaping our world.
The museum is organized chronologically, starting with the early days of powered flight and progressing through the various conflicts and technological advancements of the 20th century. The exhibits are well-curated and full of interesting tidbits and anecdotes that bring the history of flight to life.
One of the highlights of the museum is the chance to see some of the most iconic and historically significant aircraft up close with several aircraft on display, there's plenty to see and learn about.
But the museum isn't just about planes. It also has a number of interactive exhibits, There are also plenty of hands-on activities for kids, including a chance to sit in the cockpit or visit the government plane.
Overall, the Muzeum Sił Powietrznych is a fantastic place to spend a day learning about the incredible history of flight and the role the Air Force has played in shaping our world. Whether you're a history buff, aviation enthusiast, or just looking for a fun day out, this museum is not to be missed.

I admit that I am aviation fan and anything that soars through the air is great. I also admit that the things you are going to see there are old and simply you can call it a history. However by coming to that place you get a very good insight to what aviation was and is and how robust where the planes and the conditions of work in the past hundred years for airmen. You can get on the aircrafts and you can touch them to realize how big, heavy those machines area - this is something you won't get to know from the movies or books. Very nice indoor part of the museum where you can enjoy the legends of Polish aviators and the stories of aviation rapid development in the 20s and 30s.
Local memorabilia shop is very well equipped but no cafeteria on the site.

A fabulous exhibition - the artifacts are very well displayed, the flow takes you through the history of military aviation in Poland. Many of the displays have English translations & the staff are very knowledgeable & helpful. Highlights include diorama of a WW2 crew room, the archaeological material & aircraft in the separate hangar & the opportunity to sit inside the Yak 40 presidential jet & the Mi2 helicopter. Well worth a visit!
