Had an overnight flight and the gates don't open at this time, got some coffee, water and a croissant. Beata and ela were really friendly, the lobby was cozy, nice place to chill at till my flight. I was told by a relative that works at Hilton if I mentioned the staff in the Google review they'd commissions per mention, when I asked them however they said we don't have this in Poland which is a shame.

I stay in this hotel very often, it is located just in front of the airport and is linked to the train station. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Staff is very friendly and patient, Anna from breakfast displayed great customer service skills, welcomes all the guests in a friendly way, and remembers what they want. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

If you ever have a late night arrival, or early morning departure, from Krakow airport - this is the absolute best place to stay. The hotel is a built into the airport complex. There is even a covered bridge between the check in area of the airport , and the hotel.

Clean and modern rooms , comfortable beds, and helpful English speaking staff will make your trip very comfortable.

You can also walk to the train station from the hotel , and take the train into central Krakow, for a fraction of the price of a taxi.

Location is next to airport directly only few steps.
Easy check in, room was clean and most important for me was quit dont feel noise around you.

Excellent option if you arrive to Krakow late and you need to take rest or waiting till car rental open next day.

Had to stay here as a flight got cancelled, but it’s a very nice hotel and conveniently opposite the airport. The rooms are really nice.

Stayed one night before a 6:00AM flight. The rooms are nice and very clean, the beds are very comfortable Wifi works well

The location is excellent, you walk out of the airport, and the hotel is straight across . The breakfast buffet is quite good and so is the restaurant.

If I could give more stars, I would .We checked in our room quickly. The room is clean and spacious.Our short stay was wonderful and almost all thanks to the amazing staff.The staff was very accommodating and friendly.I really love the guy service robot very nice he go around in Hilton Garden Inn Krakow Airport say ''Hello ''the guess . The staff in the kitchen are the sweetest .I have nothing to complain perfect location right across terminal and parking lot Hilton Garden Inn Krakow Airport. Would recommend staying here The food was good, and staff very pleasant.!

One of the simplest airports I’ve ever been in - 10/10 I usually go to security like 40 min before my flight and it always works out

Location is directly across from check in. And the train to/from the city comes out into the lobby. Incredible.

I was only disappointed by the lack of amenities. I forgot toothpaste, and they did not have any to give at the front desk (nor anything else - shaving kits, deodorant, toothbrushes, etc). They only have it available for sale (and very expensive!!) in their shop. And too big to take with me on the plane anyway.

I had 30 minutes before I needed to go through security so I walked across the street and ate breakfast here. Grateful service buffet with wonderful attention to detail for the equivalent of $20 US. I recommend this to all travelers looking for food before they go through security.

Really nice hotel, was room was very clean and spacious with a big comfy bed and air con in the room. There was also a fridge in the room to store drinks. Staff were really friendly and helpful, really professional. Parking is quite a pain as there isn’t a designated car park for guests. Breakfast is lovely, lots of choice continental and hot breakfast foods. Easy access to the airport, will definitely stay again next time.

Really nice hotel. Lovely room spacious. The food is great and the staff have been excellent. So accommodating. Perfect location if u have a early morning flight to anywhere u were suppose to go. They offered a breakfast box as I had a 6 am flight to catch.

I stay here quite often and it is very nice and clean, The best part about staying here is you are right across from the entrance to the airport. It is less than a one-minute walk and you're at the checking counter. Being that my flights are always between 5 and 6 AM it makes it very nice.
Is the restaurant is OK, You have to be used to the cuisine. But my favorite thing is on the kid's menu and that is the chicken strips they are awesome I get 2 orders of them lol.
