I booked it for myself and then the rest of the people in our group (another 5) followed suit. We were all delighted we did because the hotel is as elegant, warm, and inviting as its advertising portrays. In particular, the staff at the front desk were always really helpful and warm, making us feel like true guests, not just tourists at a hotel. We also had multiple dinners on the patio (Covid safe!) that were truly special. I come from San Francisco, so I know a thing or two about fine dining. The Bachleda is in that class! Thanks for a wonderful several days at the Bachleda. You made Krakow memorable for me with this stay.

A fantastic place to stay when visiting Krakow. You are close to the river and within a 15-20 minute walk to the Wawel Castle and Market Square.

The staff is simply awesome in so many ways! Listening to, and meeting clients expectations. This hotel is eloquent and charming. The spa area is great too! Don't forget to visit the pub located below the main floor. The bartender is so professional and polite, making a visit there relaxing and worthwhile. The breakfast offers a sufficient array of food items to please the palate, quality is good and the breakfast servers will surely brighten your day with their great service as well.

If you are visiting Krakow, the Bachleda Luxury Hotel will not disappoint. I highly recommend them.

Rooms ate beautiful, comfy beds,quiet area a short walk from Old Town. Very safe and also near river. Has a lovely spa area to unwind at the end of the day.Bar and restaurant are very inviting. Staff is very helpful.

We loved our stay at the Bachleda Luxury Hotel Krakow. The Reception staff was terrific, even before our stay offering to help with arranging private transportation to and from the airport. A tour was cancelled and Bachleda stepped in and completed a duplicate in no time at no higher cost. We ate two dinners in the Dining Room and thoroughly enjoyed both. Our server was A+ professional. And breakfasts were incredible, with a wide assortment of everything imaginable. The courtyard is a quiet, private place to eat. And the spa was sized for the boutique hotel and so luxurious. Oh yes, we had a very early flight out and the kitchen packed an incredible supply of tasty foods to take us well through the morning and midday hours on our journey. We can't wait to tell our friends this is THE place to stay in Krakow!

Welcomed and had a great time. Enjoyed dinner and drinks. All staff we were in contact with were excellent.

I can not fault this hotel. Luxury feel throughout, beautiful room (best bed ever!), excellent facilities, great staff and amazing food - just perfect.

Hotel is located in a fully refurbished villa, walking distance to Wawel and Old Town. Interior is beautiful and luxurious. My room was spacious and elegant. Bed was huge, very soft and I slept well. Comfy, large shower. Staff very friendly and supportive. Pleasant sauna. I truly recommend this hotel.

Service is on top level , staff is trained like no where else , most of 5 star hotel owners should visit this hotel to understand how to run the hotel . Thank You Bachleda for fantastic experience , can't wait to visit again

The hotel was extremely close to the river, cathedral/castle, and square a few minutes walk. The staff were very attentive and the evening meal and breakfast was excellent. We rebooked the hotel after visiting family for our last night, confident in another excellent stay. I will certainly stay again when I visit Krakow again.

I had a nice stay here. Great service and infrastructure. Location isn't right in the city center but walkable distance of 10-12 min. Amazing bar and sauna.

Feeling so comfortable in this hotel. We love this hotel, from the moment we enter until the last day, tje service is top notch. All staff is very much helpful and kind. They speak english very well. The hotel restorant, have a very very good food with reasonable price. They even help us arrange the tour to Auschwitz Birkenau. The location also very good. Its a few minutes to Wawel Castle and a bit walk to the square. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for good hotel and comfortable stay in Krakow.

A very nice hotel. Beds were very comfortable and the personel happy and helpful. Thomas especially made our visit a pleasure.

Wonderful experience at the Bachleda Luxury Hotel, everything was first class, the Hotel, the service and especially the staff. Everybody was so helpful and knowledgeable, our stay was great from start to finish. Lovely rooms, great amenities, nice pool and spa. The Gavi restaurant was excellent, the best food In Krakow. I have never stayed in such a clean, immaculate hotel. The staff here are fantastic. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for a memorable stay, keep up the good work.

Wow, wow, wow! This hotel was amazing from first stepping through the door. We were offered welcome drinks and greeted by friendly and professional staff who took time out to chat and find out why we were visiting Poland. The staff also advised us about additional services such as car hire etc. Matthew and Michel were exceptional along with the other staff, they couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay.
The rooms were decorated beautifully with large, comfortable beds, fluffy cushions, fluffy towels, bath robes and slippers.
The mini bar was stocked with a variety of snacks non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks.
The rooms had an excellent coffee machine as well as bottles of sparkling and still water which were refilled daily. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and all staff were pleasant and friendly.
The spa was tranquil and relaxing, we went twice during our stay and the added bonus was, we were the only ones using it, both times. Glass bottled water was provided at the spa free of charge both still and sparkling.
The breakfast was fabulous with a huge variety of choice, something for everyone, we particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared smoothies.
The location was fantastic a stones throw away from the castle, a short walk to the riverbank and a 15 minute walk up to the old town. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Faultless service! Location gets 4 stars due to local work on the trams, which will be temporary (April 2024). The hotel is a bit far from Old Town which is the main local attraction, but close to other tourist destinations: Jewish Quarter, Oskar Schindler Enamel Factory, etc

A refreshing change to the large corporate hotels. Very clean, extremely polite genuine staff, great facilities and fabulous food. Great secluded bar too.

Everything about this Hotel was oozing quality, will definitely stay here again. From the first interaction with the reception staff to speaking with all other staff they could not do enough to make our stay the best it could possibly be. We never ate in the restaurant but we had breakfast everyday morning, the breakfast was amazing and there was so much on offer from continental breakfast to sausage and bacon to cereal and various pasties and doughnuts.
