We stayed early September, slightly off season, and everything was spot on.
Great breakfast (must be prebooked) great staff, great location, brand new rooms.
All we could wish for.

Resort is perfect for calm families with cars! Price VS quality just metching perfect! Stayed 2 nights! Staff very friendly they even call and writte message caise they did not see us at breakfast! Breakfast it self was good!

The room (18) was amazing - everything was new and clean, the view was incredible, the design was just cosmos. The food for breakfast is varied and delicious. The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and caring. Special thanks to Beata for decorating the apartment - a lot of organization work was done: I just wrote down what I wanted to see and everything was done perfectly and on time. She was also very helpful with taxi. We will definitely come here again and would recommend it to everyone

This place it’s just beautiful! We had apartment number 13 with amazing Mountains view 🥰 waking up and see this every morning it was magical. Apartment was very clean and well designer loved the decor it’s 10 out of 10 for me .The hotel got underground garage which is really handy . Breakfast was really good all fresh , great selection ( bread, regional cheeses , fruits ) again with beautiful mountains view and big terrace where you can take such an amazing photos.They also have a nice playroom with pool table it’s nice to go and chill in the evening. And most importantly the service was outstanding. People who work there are all really helpful and friendly especially the lady with black hair from the reception. She was very understanding and helpful ☺she made us feel very welcome. If we ever come back to Zakopane we will definitely be back here. We had the best time ever! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tatra Resort and Spa, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. The spacious rooms were absolutely fantastic, providing ample space and comfort. The tasteful furniture added a touch of elegance and created a cozy ambiance. The staff at the resort was simply amazing, offering exceptional support throughout our stay. The breathtaking views from the rooms were truly mesmerizing, showcasing the natural beauty of the surroundings. And let's not forget the outstanding Spa facility, which offered a range of rejuvenating treatments and relaxation options. Overall, Tatra Resort and Spa exceeded all expectations, providing an unforgettable stay.

It was my first time back in Poland after 20 years. I decided to stay with Tatra Resort & Spa while I was in Zakopane, and my stay was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were clean and magnificent. They maintained a cabin style look while also introducing a refreshing modern look. The room I had was unit 27, and it came with a full kitchen, fridge, bedroom, bathroom, and lit closets. It also featured an unbelievable view of the mountains! I never thought I would be able to see so much.

Next, the hotel featured a buffet style breakfast for only 50zł, and the quality of the food was great. You get to have a mix of traditional Polish as well as other European foods. E.g. sausages, eggs, waffles, cheeses, juices, etc.

The hotel also features outdoor saunas and hot tubs that give you a majestic view of the mountains. I easily spent HOURS there. Now, in addition to the amenities. You also have access to a billiards room that is well maintained and spacious.

Finally and possibly the one thing I appreciated the most was the customer service. Beata at the front desk was there to help. I have never experienced anyone so willing to make sure your stay was perfect. I genuinely didn't have to worry about anything. If you stay here. Just know that Beata is there for you.

A great place for a weekend! We spent here 2 nights and looking forward to go back again! Beautiful landscape, perfect style in the apartments and the breakfast was amazing! Really kind staff! The view from the hot tub and sauna is perfect! 100% recommended

One of the best hotels/ resorts I ever been to. Amazing breakfast, amazing views and friendly staff. Not only clean but it make you feel like your at home.

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja. Chociaż przy ruchliwej drodze, to ruch nie jest w ogóle odczuwalny w apartamentach. Chyba wszystkie wychodzą na drugą stronę, gdzie na odwiedzających czeka wprost oszałamiający widok na Giewont. Widokiem można cieszyć się w trakcie korzystania z jacuzzi. Po dniu spędzonym na szlakach nie ma chyba nic lepszego ;). Śniadania bardzo dobre, obsługa miła i pomocna. Mała uwaga: dobrze mieć swoje kapsułki do expresu :D. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie.

Pokoje super widoki na panoramę Tatr, sauny, jacuzzi. Śniadania smaczne każdy coś dla siebie może wybrać. Parking dostępny podziemny lub zewnętrzny przypisany do każdego numeru apartamentu, więc nie ma mowy o braku parkingu.

To był wspaniały pobyt. Jesteśmy zachwyceni. Czyste pokoje a w nich wszystko co potrzebne. Najlepsze widoki z okna. Po długich wędrówkach w górach na koniec dnia sauna i jacuzzi jest jak zbawienie. No i na koniec jedzenie, które było bardzo świeże i po prostu przepyszne. Chce się wracać do takiego miejsca. Do zobaczenia ☺

Byliśmy w tym miejscu już 2 raz. Pokoje przestronne, czyste. Dostępne 2 sauny i jacuzzi. Piękny widok na góry. Darmowy bilard i piłkarzyki. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.
