Krakow Construction

We worked with Krakow construction to renovate an apartment near the center. Hubert and his team did a fantastic job, and the communication was excellent. He always asked what we wanted, and advised us very well. The result is above our expectations!

Highly recommend Hubert and his crew at Krakow Construction. They did a great job finishing our house, making it liveable. First contact was in August and they started the following month, which was fantastic. Got a detailed analysis of the costs and it turned out to be on target, so no nasty surprises.

They were very happy to advise us, very knowledgeable and professional, and most importantly - they were honest. The eye for detail was great and they dealt with the many surprises our house threw at them with gusto. Thank you again!!!

We have decided to buy our own house in the country (Poland) we lived in for 6 years at that time. Nor myself, nor my husband spoke a decent level of Polish so our biggest worry as we embarked on this journey is that we will not be able to finish the house as we want it or we will be tricked by contractors in the process. In that context, finding Hubert and Krakow Construction was the greatest thing we could have hoped for. We found a company that we could communicate with (Hubert speaks great English), someone that could listen to us and what we wanted/dreamed of for our house and give us a fair recommendation on what we should/shouldn't do (Great customer service!) and who on top delivered exactly what we agreed on, in quite a short turn around time (we wanted to move in fast, but have all the "dirty" work completed) and for a fair pricing. Not sure about how competitive or not Krakow Construction pricing is versus local Polish market (as mentioned above limited language and local market understanding) but am sure that customer service, outcome quality, communication, and eventually the house we live in - all worked out well. As a cherry on top, Hubert and Krakow construction also helped us find the right partners for some of the work they could not support directly (some glass doors, interior designer, etc. - all top quality). If we were to do a house in Poland (or other places too) we would definitely consider collaborating again with Krakow Construction and I strongly recommend them for anyone planning to renovate/finish/etc. a house/building.

When we started our journey of a complete refurb of our newly acquired town house flat in the Old Town, Krakow Construction was one of a few offers we had. We decided for them based on their professional, timely and friendly approach, and were not disappointed. Hubert did the offer over the Christmas days, they started January and even throughout the pandemic we finished near on time after about 7 months, despite the usual surprises that we discovered in a 100 year old building, delays only due to changes in the initial plan. Communication with Hubert and his workers was and still is a pleasure, especially no moaning but motivated to get the job done and bringing in their own suggestions. Even now we still go back to Krakow Construction for any major or minor jobs that need to get done. Highly recommend.

Hubert and his team did the construction of our apartment. They were very professional and helpful. Hubert was always available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond from the work capacity to deliver the project. The quality of the work done speaks for itself and we would happily recommend them to anyone looking for any construction needs.

Hubert and his team did a fantastic job of realizing my project- a complete redesign and renovation of an old flat in very bad condition. Demolition, new walls, floors, electricity, plumbing, everything seen through to finishing details. Prices for the services were also comparable or cheaper than other companies I was in touch with about the project, and I have no doubt I made a good decision. They even constructed a soundproof room for playing music which has greatly exceeded my expectations.

It is fair to say I was a very demanding customer in terms of the quality of work I expected and they were patient with me and got it done to my satisfaction, even if my floors are still squeaky, good enough Hubert ;) Furthermore they were able to get the project finished very quickly, with minimal delays, considering the amount of work (4 months start to finish) and were flexible with me as some situations and challenges presented themselves.

I highly recommend these guys with full confidence, and if your Polish skills are not perfect then Hubert is an invaluable partner to have in dealing with any situations which might present themselves. Thanks guys!!

Hubert is a superb project manager and brings a wealth of knowledge with him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his company for all building work. He has completed for me, Victorian remodelling of an old terrace in Newcastle upon tyne, replacing all old mouldings with hand crafted joinery. He has built me a loft/office extension and kitchen/diner at my home in Gosforth, UK and lastly completed a new flat build on top of an Edwardian Villa in Jesmond, whilst 4 families carried on living underneath. Szczerze polecam. Czasami są takie wyzwania, które różnicują domorosłych grzebków od profesjonalistów. U mnie nie dość, że chellenge accepted to jeszcze zakończony pełnym sukcesem. Opinie, które przeczytasz nie są w ogóle przesadzone. Kupujesz nie tylko usługę na najwyższym poziomie, także święty spokój. Codziennie wcześniej, codziennie przygotowanie przed pracą i codziennie porządek na koniec. Szkoda, że takie rzeczy trzeba również zaznaczać, bo to powinien być standard, ale znamy rzeczywistość - ta ekipa nie pije, w ogóle. Panowie gorąco pozdrawiam!
