The woman who helped us spoke excellent English and was very good at helping us explore our options. In the end, we settled on having Mail Boxes Etc. only do the wrapping of our painting, and we decided in the end to take it with us on the airplane as checked luggage. They did a beautiful job of wrapping it. UPS, DHL, and FedEx don’t want to deal directly with individual retail customers and instead rely upon Mail Boxes to do this for them. Don’t even waste your time trying to call the carriers directly. Just go straight to Mail Boxes for excellent help and all your mailing needs!

I needed to send some souvenirs to the U.S., including two oil paintings. Both people in charge were bilingual, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful with a smile. They knew the paperwork required to send the oil paintings, helped me fill the forms, translated for me, typed and printed the documents, and packaged my souvenirs. I highly recommend their services.
