India Masala | Authentic Indian Cuisine

Food was excellent and the variety of options is large. We tried 2 different kind of sauces with chicken, the rice and the garlic naan and they were all exceptional. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant gives off a traditional Indian vibe. The staff was really nice and helped us a lot with ordering. Prices were decent for the portion sizes.

We came for a date night whilst on holiday and so glad we did. Amazing, fresh tasting food at incredible prices. Really lovely decor inside too. Our waiter Tayfun was really lovely as well - just a perfect experience overall. Definitely worth a visit when in Krakow.

India Masala in Krakow is an exceptional spot for authentic Indian cuisine.

I've tried the Prawn Biryani🍤, Fish Biryani🐟, Chicken Butter🐓, Butter Naan and Garlic Naan🧈, Prawn Butter🍤, and Chicken Lollipop. Each dish is freshly cooked and bursting with flavor.

If you prefer a spicier kick, just ask, and they'll adjust it to your taste.

The food is absolutely delicious and highly recommended!

Very good Indian restaurant. You can combine your dish from different ingredients. Prices are descent. Service is very polite and friendly. We got a complement drink.

This is the most authentic Indian food in Kraków. It was delicious, the waiter was a gem and the place is wonderful.

I cannot recommend enough this restaurant! They have really amazing tasting indian food and really good prices too! If anyone is looking anywhere for a indian meal this is the place to go. Really nice inside and good staff and attentive! They even told me which indian beer to try and it was lovely! Me and my partner was just relaxing there nearly 2 hours just eating and enjoying the food so much.

I visited this restaurant at lunchtime as a solo traveller, midweek in early November. And it feels like a really good find. It was quiet, but I was served attentively by a very polite and courteous lady.

The decor is really unique and feels like an upmarket take on the Marrakesh souks. Even the trip to the WC had the air of a descent into a bazaar.

I had a delicious starter of Chicken Samosas, followed by a main course of Tilla Masala (Spicy) and some Pilau Rice. I usually try to opt for something g more exotic, but just fancied some comforting food this lunchtime.

The food was really very good, with starters being uniquely crafted and seasoned perfectly. The main course was a melange of buttery, spicy, umami goodness. Though the portion sizes meant if couldn’t finish the whole meal.

All of that with a large draught beer was 70zl, or about £12 at the current exchange rate… exceptional value.

Strongly recommended to visit if you fancy an Indian meal in Krakow.

It was really nice to run into this Indian restaurant in Krakow. They prepared some really tasty food appropriate for my taste buds. If fact made 2 trips in two days to eat here.

Delicious prawn Biryani.
I like the species mixture.
I believe they shall think about reducing the level of oil little bit but wasn’t a big issue.
Overall, the best biryani I had over the past 10 days of travel in Krakow.
They served plain Nan without adding butter on the top which I highly like.
Would recommend it if you are craving Indian food and want to enjoy the weather at the same time.
Expect relatively long preparation time and there is a potential to control the level of spiciness.

Let me just say, as a Brit who is used to Indian food, this was one of the best Indian meals I have ever had. My friend and I sat outside yesterday in the sun of Kraków to have some food before we flew home. The curry, the rice, the naan, and the flavours were all exquisite. I would also like to pay a special mention to the girl who served us. (Young, brown hair, had a face piercing.) Her service was great and she was so friendly and lovely to talk to. Her English was great as well, so she had a lovely conversation with me and my friend. She even complimented my beard, which was very kind of her! The meal was fantastic, as was the service. I would recommend this place if you are in Kraków in a heart beat!

A beautiful and cosy interior. Very friendly waiters and delicious, traditional style food. We ordered prawn balti, prawn masala, butter naan and rice. It was all very delicious, especially the balti.

Food is good, halal and not spicy but if you want a spicy one they have as well. Quality of food compared to price is acceptable

Genuine Indian atmosphere together with fast and friendly service.
The menu offers a fine and varied choice of dishes so there really is something for everyone here.
I went with a classic lamb vindaloo and it did not disappoint.
The meat was perfectly tender and the hot spices aromatic.
Quite a few local Indian residents were also dining here which is always a good sign.
The prices were very reasonable, in fact much lower than I expected to be honest.
India Masala is the latest addition to my list of fine dining establishments that I will definately be returning to the next time I am in town!

Best Indian food in this area .. I tried lamp biryani ( the waiter told us the meat is Halal ) & prawn biryani , both were good .. the butter was nice and the samosa comes with separate three famous indian sauces ( yogurt with spices, spicy yogurt with mint, tamarind ) . ,,
