I spent some decent time in this shop before buying, the assortment is big and you can try any headphone you want for as long as possible , i think this is the best shop for buying or getting advice about your headphones. The service is impecable and very helpful, and the seller will help you make the best decision for any of your audio needs , highly reccomend.

The best client service in the entire world, no jokes: I was allowed to bring my own amplifier, cab sim and a guitar and test literally all open back headphones in the shop, which is almost all open back headphones available in the market. It took 2 hours and saved me a ton of money, plus makes me sure I have now the best possible option for my needs, which is priceless.

Pan Michal really cares about client's needs not about selling most expensive unit. The price was vary fair if not cheapest. He has a ton of knowledge and a very nice person to talk with. Lightning speed answers via email too - no delays.

The shop itself looks outstanding, parking is easy to find despite its a city center.

Cannot imagine a better experience to buy a hi-fi.

As I sit in the airport listening to my favourite songs I would like to rate this fantastic shop. I went based on the high ratings to replace my lost earphones. The friendly man behind the counter listened to my needs and recommended these amazing ear phones. I wanted a cheap solution and ended up with a fair priced pair of earphones that have fantastic quality to compliment any music genre and have a little bag to keep them safe. The ability to not get the wires tangled has yet to be properly tested however so far so good. Thank you to the kind man at the shop, my apologies for not catching your name.

Po dzisiejszych odwiedzinach wracam z dwoma parami fajnych sluchawek. Sklep oceniam bardzo dobrze. Mają spory asortyment sprzętu audio i naprawdę odpowiednią osobę, która jest w stanie dobrze doradzić w wyborze słuchawek. Sprzedawca nie wciska nic na siłę, daje czas do namysłu i podsuwa różne możliwości rozwiązania problemu. Polecam ten sklep każdemu kto szuka fachowej porady i dobrego sprzętu.

Po kilku latach poszukiwania słuchawek dousznych, które nie wypadają w końcu się udało. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z tym, że można przymierzyć słuchawki douszne co ułatwiło mi zakup bez obawy, że kolejne słuchawki nie będą pasować. Słuchawki od razu były dezynfekowane, więc bez obaw. Bardzo miła obsługa i super miejsce, żeby dobrać słuchawki pod siebie

Sklep w którym można znaleźć od najtańszych po najdroższe słuchawki, DAC-i, wzmacniacze itp. Obsługa czyli Pan Michał sprawił że nie mam wątpliwości gdzie się udać po zakupy sprzętu audio.

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony sklep. Jedyne miejsce gdzie w świetnych warunkach można testować przed zakupem sprzęt.
Jeśli chodzi o obsługę to najwyższy poziom. Świetne podejście do klienta i duża wiedza pracownika która pomaga niesamowicie w wyborze. Polecam każdemu z czystym sumieniem.

Świetne miejsce aby zacząć swoją przygodę z HiFi i nie tylko, bo również można rzeczowo porozmawiać o muzyce i technologii z (przemiłym!) panem Michałem.
Sprzęt można testować bez pośpiechu w osobnej, wyciszonej sali gdzie dostaniemy co sobie tylko zażyczymy, niekoniecznie nawet znając się na sprzęcie, a jedynie opowiadając co nieco o swoim guście i o tym czego szukamy w audio.
Profesjonalizm w każdym aspekcie z bardzo personalnym podejściem do klienta - polecam!
