Very nice store and very good managers working there. You can buy almoust all what need a beginner musician. Maybe if you bought couple of things they give you discount, so that's great. Also you can try to play'n on some instruments in special room, and that's amazing.

Bought the DT-990 PRO.
Had an issue with the currier in wich supersound was very helpful sorting that out.
Everything was delivered as expected.

I usually do not leave a reviews, but this time I had an exceptional experience with Supersound shop.

I'll try to be short with my story that happened couple weeks ago.

I've ordered a synth and to my surprised, it arrived damaged. I've reported this case to that shop and within one hour they mailed me back including tracking number for a new parcel with another brand new synth to replace damaged one. I think this is just fantastic! No other questions, no any long claiming procedures etc.

No one is secured from some occasional damage during shipment, but only a few can solve issues in such fast and customer-oriented manner.

I've bought an audio interface at Supersound.pl last week. They sent me the package the exact same day and it arrived from Poland to my door (Slovenia) in two days (tuesday-thursday). Very happy with fast delivery, prices and fast response. Definitely highly recommend this music store! 👍

Szybka i rzetelna realizacja, polecam. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje pan Tomasz z działu Obsługi Klienta - niezwykle pomocny i empatyczny specjalista, który błyskawicznie reaguje nawet na niecodzienne prośby!

Odwiedziłem sklep po raz pierwszy, niczego nie kupiłem. Obsługę oceniam na 11/9, bardzo konkretne rady udzielone w sympatycznej, luźnej atmosferze. Pół godziny spędziłem w studiu na odsłuchach głośników, można sobie potestować do woli. Polecam zdecydowanie!

Bardzo miła obsługa. Miałem problem z monitorami studyjnymi i ze względu na wadę fabryczną, musiałem z Holandii odesłać z powrotem do sprzedawcy. Na szczęście komunikacja z serwisem była idealna i udało nam się bezproblemowo załatwić zwrot.
