Casa do Eido

We had a wonderful stay at Casa do Eido! The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and full or charm with so many different places to get some piece and quiet and relax. The pictures don’t do it justice! Ana and her team are fantastic and go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay. Highly recommend!

Our stay was exceptional! The quinta is even better in reality than on the photos. It has very few rooms which ensures a private atmosphere with many spaces to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden with the fresh water springs. In every corner there is something beautiful to discover. The rooms are spacious and decorated with a lot of love (quality towels, beautiful sheets, fresh flowers). The staff ( Anna, Melanie and all others) were wonderful and extremely caring and always available for us. Thank you very much! The breakfast was delicious, fresh and mostly home made. ♥

Situated in a rural, relaxed anf beautiful location. A warm and friendly host making sure you enjoy your stay at the fullest. Wonderful house and rooms. Beds are perfect! Thank you Ana!

This is a wonderful place. Located at a long and windy road you may find peace and quiet here. The owner is very nice and helpful - we arrived very late but she stayed up and arranged everything beautifully. The rooms are spacious and have a great view in the garden or towards the mountains. Also the breakfast is really good with freshly baked goods and everything else you could wish for. This is a perfect stay of you like to explore the National park.

Go for it! Ana is great and the place is calm, clean and beautiful + breakfast is handmade and so tasty!

Eine Oase der Ruhe und Erholung. Gelegen am Rande des Nationalparks wurden wir von Ana, der Inhaberin des Hotels, warmherzig empfangen. Das kleine Hotel besteht aus wenigen, sehr geschmackvoll und absolut sauberen Zimmern. Die Ausstattung ist als hervorragend zu bewerten. Der Pool ist klein und ausreichend. Abends wurde uns auf unseren Wunsch hin ein leckeres Abendessen zubereitet und wir durften den hauseigenen Wein kosten. Es war einfach nur lecker. Ebenso verhielt es sich in Bezug auf das Frühstück. Auch dieses wurde wunderschön angerichtet und beinhaltete hauseigene Produkte. Wer Ruhe, Erholung, die Nähe zur Natur und liebevolle Gastfreundlichkeit sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Deshalb ehrliche und absolut verdiente 5 Sterne.

Estive pela segunda vez a Casa do Eido com meu companheiro pois gostava de apresentá-lo àquele pedaço de paraíso no enclave do Gerês. Estava acompanhando de uma amiga e de sua mãe que tem 80 anos e é muito bem disposta e lépida. A Ana Sousa como sempre foi muito gentil, atenciosa, e nos deixou escolher uma gigantesca e maravilhosa suite, com ante-sala, closet e uma super casa de banho. A minha amiga e a mãe, ficaram em um belo e amo quarto e sem banheira , para facilitar a mobilidade, sem riscos de queda, mas mesmo assim muito bem decorado.
O café da manhã é sempre um quesito a parte bem como os jantares que ainda fomos celebrados com a refeição preparada pela mãe dela e com a presença do pai.
A noite ficávamos a conversar em frente à lareira, navegando em nossos celulares as vezes, olhando as fotos realizadas durante o dia ou simplesmente relaxando. Vale a pena sempre. Só é ruim, muito triste e frustrante ter de ir embora. Até passear pelo belo Gerês fica uma tarefa mais difícil, pois abandonar por algumas horas, todo aquele conforto e relaxing moments.

Perfeito para relaxar, o espaço e a decoração são impressionantes, nota-se o carinho e dedicação com que é mantido. Parabéns Ana e todo o staff, obrigada por nos acolherem tão bem. O pequeno almoço é otimo com produtos de produtores locais de alta qualidade. Forma exemplar de lidar com as novas regras de higiene e segurança. Queremos muito voltar. 😀 O maior sucesso para a Casa do Eido.

Lieu paisible. Personnel très sérieux et serviable. Un service digne d'un grand hôtel. Plein de petit endroit pour s isoler dans la propriété. Il est même possible de s isoler dans 'espigueiro'.

Maison pleine de charme, on s'y sent comme chez soit, architecture soignée et ambiance chill. Ana et toute l'équipe se plie en quatre pour répondre au mieux à toutes vos demandes!

Os quartos estão muito bem conservados e limpos.
O pequeno almoço tem uma enorme variedade de opções.
A dona do local é de uma grande simpatia e preocupação para que tudo corra de forma excelente.

Local acolhedor para passar uns dias em pleno Gerês. Quarto e WC sem luxos mas limpo e acolhedor. Terraço com vista para o rio. Anfitriões muito simpáticos, sempre preocupados com o nosso bem estar.

Extraordinário sítio para descanso e repouso total. Incrível de A a Z! Recomendo e com toda a certeza regressarei. Obrigada!

Das schönste Hotel in dem wir jemals waren. Ein unfassbar tolles,kleines Juwel. Die wenigen Zimmer sind ganz neu und sehr geräumig und supersauber. In der Regendusche haben 4 Leute Platz.

Mit beheiztem Kamin in der Lobby, gemütlicher Pergola vor dem Pool und alles supercharmant eingerichtet.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ultralecker mit frischen Früchten,Obst,Schinken...alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Betreiberin ist supernett , sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Wer hier nicht entspannen kann, der macht etwas falsch :-)

Man hat das Gefühl bei sehr guten Freunden zu übernachten. Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus

Todo estaba perfecto, el personal muy amable. Lo que más me sorprendió fue el desayuno, variado y saludable, para mi gusto el mejor que haya visto en un hotel.

Excelente para descansar, comida saudável. Um pequeno almoço 5* . Muitos sítios perto para visitar no parque natural do Gerês
