Tasca da Tinouca

Great place to share some food in a family friendly place.

We got to try some cheese with honey, the tuna, the olives were particularity good as the chorizo, but the best thing we had was the blood sausage.

We also has some good wine and a cider on tap that is probably the best apple cider I've ever had.

The only negative thing I have to say is that it's on a second floor and one person on the party has mobility issues, so it was hard to get into the restaurant.

Absolutely amazing! Great choice of tapas, staff are friendly, speak fluent english and know the menu. Can't recommend broken eggs enough, its must try!
We usually drink red sangria but took berry fruit sangria by recommendation, and it was fabulous.

I was impressed by the quality of everything, since the food, to the environment, service and decorations, I was really amazed.

It was my first time in Tasca da Tinouca, but definitely I'll be back.

In this region of the country, its one of the best options for food, especially small portions food.
The quality is really great and the staff is super nice.
Highly recommended a detour to have a dinner in this area. Make a reservation.

Where you can ask for the best codfish with cornbread in Batalha. Next to te Monastery. God selection of Douro and Alentejo wines, very nice people to serve you.

A comida é boa, mas o time do serviço não é. Dois pratos já estavam terminados quando os outros dois chegaram. Pedimos bacalhau a broa, moelas e salada de laranja, salada caprese e entrecot, super macio.

Restaurante de Tapas, aprovado.
Fomos a um sábado, apesar de não termos reserva, e lá nos encaixaram.
Simpatia de todos os funcionários sem excepção.
Comida de tapa, bem saborosa sem nada a apontar. Voltaria (e voltarei) certamente e recomendo.
Único senão foi estar um pouco barulhento, mas não estragou em nada a noite.
Recomendo.

Espaço agradável, staff 5*. As doses são muito boas, adorámos o brie com redução de frutos vermelhos.
O folhado de alheira e espinafres achámos um pouco mais ácido, mas também saboroso.

Somos um grupo de 4 que moramos a mais 100km e desde que descobrimos a Tasca da Tinouca, temos de vir cá pelo menos 1 vez por mês. Se pudesse vinha todos os dias.

J'ai passé une soirée très agréable avec mon fils. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment excellent.
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre repas.
Je ne comprends pas l'autre avis car nous sommes français et pourtant très bien reçus le personnel était très attentif et dévoué. J'ai trouvé que les explications étaient très claires sans comprendre le portugais. Je recommande ce restaurant (surtout aux français qui aiment la bonne table)

Excellente adresse non loin de l'abbaye. Les plats sont copieux et très bons à un prix vraiment abordables. Attention même à ne pas voir trop grand en prenant trop de plats présentés sous forme de tapas-petiscos ou vous aurez des difficultés à finir car les plats sont vraiment généreux.
