what a lovely place with two very lovely hosts! after a long cycling day we were happy to arrive at this beautiful place with a warm welcome and many sweet details. in the morning we enjoyed the delicious breakfast that susana prepared for us. thank you so much for the great stay and for sharing your time with us!

Very nice B&B, with super kind and hospitable hosts Susana an Rui. My husband and I are on a cycling trip through Europe, fortunately our bicycles can be stored inside safely and dry, so we don't have to worry about that. The B&B is super clean and fully equipped. The beds are very comfy and the rain shower is pure luxury after a long day of cycling :). Susana offers delicious self-prepared meals on the website, which you can easily order via WhatsApp. The B&B is very centrally located, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
Various cycling routes have been set out in the area, which are fun to discover and the region is known for bird watching!
We really had a great time, felt completely at home! Highly recommended to stay here.

Great hospitality from Rui and Susanna in Castro Verde! We spent 2 weeks bike touring around Alentejo and stopped for a night. Throughly recommend cycling in the area in March for quiet roads, beautiful and peaceful countryside and friendly people. The cycling around Castro was the best of the trip!

Spent a night there after a tough day of cycling. Rui greeted me and helped me out in the local bikeshop. The appartment is very nice and has everything you'd need to feel comfortable. Icing on the cake was the amazing homecooked breakfast that Susana brought in the morning. Definitely worth a visit!

We are cycling the European divide trail and had the chance after an accident to stay with Susan and Rui for a couple of days. They have been so nice, open and helpful!..the location and the vegetarian food are super nice and are perfect for staying one or more nights! Thank you for all your help and everything!

The B&B is really good situated in the centre of Castro Verde. A perfect place to start a biking trip or do birdwatching. Because the street where the accomodation is situated is a car-free zone you don't have any noice disturbance at all. Susana is a super friendly host. I felt as if coming home. The accomodation is clean, modern decorated and fully equipped. In other words; a great place to stay!

We discovered 4Bs during a cycling tour through Portugal and what a gem! Great little suite in a wonderful part of town. Rui and Susan, warm and helpful hosts who went out of their way to take care of us. Highly recommended!

Nice, freshly renovated accomodation in a pedestrianized area. Very friendly host and great breakfast. Good location especially for birders and bikers.

Como alguém apaixonada por viagens de bicicleta, esta foi, sem dúvida, a melhor hospedagem que poderia desejar. O apartamento é limpo, confortável e bem equipado, e ainda há livros, mapas e revistas de bicicleta. Amei a proposta de oferecerem apenas refeições vegetarianas e acrescento que o caril de grão estava divino. A cereja do bolo foi a simpatia e atenção da Susana e do Rui. Recomendo e espero voltar logo.

Alojamento bem equipado e confortável. Situa-se no centro da vila com estacionamento próximo. Opções de pequeno-almoço deliciosas com destaque para as papas de aveia que eram simplesmente fantásticas e deliciosas! Muita simpatia e disponibilidade por parte da Susana. É a 2a vez que fiquei hospedada no alojamento, e numa próxima ida a Castro Verde, será, novamente, a minha escolha ☺

Excelente alojamento local no centro de Castro Verde, numa rua pedonal, bem perto da Praça da República e do terminal rodoviário. O quarto é excelente, com óptimas camas, a cozinha moderna tem tudo o que é necessário, bem como o wc. Muito bom gosto na decoração e na escolha dos materiais. É óptimo a disponibilização de bicicletas para permitir passeios na zona. A Susana, a anfitriã, é muito simpática e disponível. Recomendo e voltarei.

A casa era muito agradável e correspondia a tudo o que demonstrava no anúncio. Há alguns detalhes muito bons como roteiros da zona, guias para observação de aves, trilhos e ainda bicicletas para se poder passear pela zona. Excelentes refeições vegetarianas. Boas dicas para observação de aves. Graças as dicas conseguimos observar ver as Abetardas.

Mais do que um alojamento, um estilo de vida saúdavel. Atenção, hospitalidade, gentileza, alegria e muito mais, na pessoa da Susana, que tão bem nos acolheu. Sem a menor sombra de dúvida, recomendo a todos. E mais: totalmente "bike friendly"!! Conforto, organização, limpeza, um excelente pequeno almoço: mais do que nota Dez!!

Local de eleição para estadia em Castro Verde. A anfitriã é muito simpática e prestável. Para além do espaço acolhedor e muito bem decorado, os pequenos almoços e a comida vegetariana é de muito boa qualidade.
Recomendo...
