Pena a espera, mas o pessoal é 5 estrelas

Only 1 of 6 desks open. Massive queue. Other staff wandering around aimlessly in the background instead of helping to clear the queue of customers. Never again.

I wish I could leave zero stars. This place is always busy… really busy. I visit several times a week because it is the closest post office and I have never not had to queue, and I mean 15 min wait minimum in a good day. They have 6 desks and only ever 2 staff, so how they cannot organize themselves to have enough staff on is beyond me. Queue is usually out the door. Worst organisation skills I have ever encountered.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star but I had to tap one to leave a comment. Just simply don't go there. Life is too short to waste your time in this place. It's worth driving another 30 miles to a different post office,at least you can listen to the radio!

Its 2022 6 years last since my last review. the place is even worse. ticket machine broke and me and my wife waited 45 min just to pick up a delivery that not only wasn't brought (when we stayed home for the delivery) but also didnt even leave the delivery notice paper to pick it up from CTT which caused even more problems.... jesus CTT have you been open for 1 year or what is going on! worse service EVER!

People are waiting one hour or longer. Staffs are so rude and unfriendly. When I asked politely is she can speak English her answer was “Why don’t you speak Portuguese?”.

Só dei uma estrela para poder comentar , pior serviço que alguma vez já vi 5 balcões para nada pois só trabalha um ou dois funcionários para uma multidão de pessoas , longe espera de 30 minutos a uma hora para ser atendido

Toda vez que fui a este estabelecimento, foi demorado, e staff não trata bem, tem uma que oro pra não ser atendida por ela.

Sempre fila enorme. O posto mal gerido ou falta pessoal.

NUNCA ATENDEM O TELEFONE. E os portadores ctt não entregam as encomendas, apenas deixam os avisos e dizem que tentaram deixar entrega. São mentiras.
