What a great surprise, initially I was worried about the limited menu but I didn't need to be.
The food was delicious and the portion size generous.
Reservation is definitely necessary and the restaurant was a little chilly but there's plenty of parking & I'm looking forward to going back.

Verscholen achter een eenvoudige gevel ligt dit culinaire pareltje. We konden kiezen uit drie menu's: vlees, vis of vegetarisch. De gerechten waren origineel en erg goed van smaak. Veel oog voor detail. Het is zeker aan raden om te reserveren, want het restaurant is erg populair en niet te groot.

Almoço de trabalho.
Espaço agradável, decoração alegre e tradicional.
Serviço impecável, muito prestáveis.
Comida muito bem confeccionada e saborosa.
O pão e as diversas manteigas que apresentam como entrada são de comer e chorar por mais.
Sobremesas, igualmente muito boas se bem que para mim o crumble de maçã é demasiado doce.

A comida confeccionada com o maior detalhe e qualidade o estufado de vitela tenro e o pudin de azeite e mel com gelado de lima divinais recomendo e de certeza vou voltar

Sehr gute und leckere portugiesische Hausmannskost. Tageskarte mit 3 Gerichten, davon eins vegetarisch.
Gäste sind ganz überwiegend Portugiesen, überwiegend wohl aus der näheren Umgebung.
Reservierung empfehlenswert.

Increíble!!!! Pedimos un bacalao fresco que estába buenísimo y unos ñoquis vegetarianos caseros espectaculares. Además nos pusieron un couvert de mantequilla con algas que también venden en el propio restaurante, compramos también! Muy barato y calidad - precio increíble. Sin la mantequilla, 21€ 2 personas (comida bebida y café) sin duda, cuando volvamos al algarve pasaremos de nuevo por allí.

O melhor de Almancil para quem trabalha na zona.
