Herdade dos Castelejos

We spent one night and wished we have stayed more !
Authentic building, well renovated and very welcoming.
Very calm and quiet, the hotel is located at the end of the village and there is no road around.
Heaven on earth for people looking for peace and rest, surrounded by endless country landscapes. Good pool space.
Very good service, I really appreciated the effort made for my food intolerances for breakfast (lactose & gluten free bread and pancakes (homemade)).
We will definitely come back, thank you !

It was great! The was was big and comfortable, two pillows for each person. The architecture is simple and quaint. Thr living room is cozy and comfortable with a nice fireplace. Breakfast is good, with a good selection of cheeses, yoghurt, fruit, croissants, cake and more. I strongly recommend it.

Amazing place lost in nature. Silence, stars, amazing reception and service and if that wasn't enough, the place is just wonderful. Tasteful and full of great little things all around. Must go, must stay... We'll be back

Wir waren drei Tage in der Unterkunft und haben die Weite und die Stille der Steppe von Castro Verde sehr genossen. Die Zimmer und das ganze Haus sind geschmackvoll und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Dank der gut eingerichteten Küche kann man sich dort sehr gut selbst verpflegen und den herrlichen Ausblick auch beim Abendessen genießen :-). Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr gut. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen, so dass die Sprachbarriere kein Hindernis darstellt. :-). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ce petit havre de paix est un lieu parfait pour se détendre et apprécier les grandes richesses de cet superbe région portugaise qu'est l'Alentejo.

De plus les hôtes sont d'une grande gentillesse et rendent ce séjour encore plus agréable qu'il ne l'est.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mitten in der Einsamkeit der Steppen von Castro Verde. Sehr nette Leute und zum Vogelbeobachten bestens geeignet. Das selbstgekochte Essen schmeckte super.

Primeiro lugar um obrigado ao pessoal da casa, da forma como fomos acolhidos, nota 5, ideal para um escapadinha romântica. Lugar tranqüilo, de paz. Gostei e recomendo

O paraíso fica aqui. Local calmo, com decoração rústica com toques contemporâneos, muito asseado e com staff educado e com paixão por aquilo que faz.
