Craft Wallet

Craft Wallet has hands down the best wallet opening mechanism around. I always get people looking at it when I use it in public and get asked where my wallet is from. Not only is it easy and fun to open but they are incredibly minimal and sturdy in design, which is something I look for when it comes to my EDC.

The team over at CW are also great. I had to make an exchange for one of my orders and there was no issues. They even went above and beyond for a certain request of mine which shows how much they care about customer service and their brand.

I know my V2 wallet will last me a long time but when they release the new V3, hopefully this year, I will definitely be picking one up; maybe you should too.

It is so compact yet fits everything that I need. Their customer support has been amazing. When an issue came up with my wallet they sent out another one to replace my existing one. And then followed up to make sure I received it. I have recommended this wallet to all my friends.

Truly the best minimalist wallet I could find on the market so far! I've opted for the black with dark brown leather and couldn't be happier, the leather feels like real and not cheap leather like other similar brands.
Even after a couple of years one of the wallet pieces broke and the customer support was amazing and replaced it for a new one.
Can't wait for their next model and I'm so proud that we are talking about a Portuguese company!

I have been using a Craft Wallet for several years, since the first model was on IndieGoGo. I had changed from leather wallets to a metal card holder as I was tired of having to replace it every couple of years as it wore out. My biggest gripe with the metal wallets I tried was that they all either had some elastic/rubber or plastic part that would also wear out or break.

The Craft wallet had all metal parts and was spring loaded so that the cards would pop up with the simple press of a button. Cards are staggered so that you can see what each one is and easily grab it.

I have only ever had to contact customer service once. I had packed too much in to the money clip and bent it out of shape. I reached out for instructions on how to remove it as I figured there would be no way to fix it. They provided directions for removal, but also a way to bend it back into shape while still on the wallet.

While I love my wallet and see no reason to ever change from it, I also look forward to the next thing they come up with.

Both the product and the customer service I've recieved is nothing short of exceptional.

When the Swedish postal service managed to lose my package, Craft Wallets support stepped in and helped me every step of the way.

I found out about craft wallet at times when v1 was sold out. Luckily for me v2 campaign started soon. I needed a minimalistic credit card wallet with one RFID not-blocking pocket for a public transport RFID card. So there was no doubt as soon as I found out custom mode with a leather pocket for all my needs. I used it every day about 3 years, until cards were not fully pushed out. I was very surprised after asking help from support that the craft wallet has lifetime support. Fixing/tuning it did not cost a thing. I hope to use it for many more years.

EDIT 2 years later: Sadly my craft wallet has broken down. The mechanism that pushes cards out, is broken. I have contacted the seller multiple times, since the wallet is suppose to have life-time warranty, but they are not responding. Still gave it good about 4-year usage, thatswhy I have left 2 stars.
