All things are really well labeled. The store is huge! Most of the people working there(if not all) are experts who've worked in the industry for dozens of year. The prices are pretty good too. The sheer multitude of things on sale gives you, the buyer, the needed versatility when working with bikes. They helped refund something bought from buyer's error, with no faul of its own, easy and fast, at full price. All in all, a very friendly and versatile place.

I ordered a pair of tires for my new bicycle. The product was supposed to arrive after 2 weeks, they said on the site.
The next day i received a phone call, they wanted to make sure i am aware of the time for the delivery. After another couple of days i received another phone call were they announced me that the order is already on the courier on the way to me. The next day i had de tires.
They act quickly, i like that they called me and keep me posted.
I strongly recommend them!

Everything I need in terms of bike products at a fair price. I'm lucky it's close to where I currently live. I haven't used their bike service, but the mechanic was very kind as I asked his help to find some pedal pins in the store, which he went and searched for himself. One of the young guys at the counter with glasses was immensely helpful, well informed and very polite. Maros Bike's new location on Aurel Vlaicu is amazing!

Very kind personnel, took their time to bring me up to date, as the last time I entered a shop for buying parts for my downhill bike was more than 7 years ago.
Medium/ high prices for parts, but the shop has a very large selection, so you can find pretty much anything you need.

I've been buying from the shop for years and have been happy with the experience.

As suggestions for improvement, I'd wish I could choose something like Easybox/EasyCollect delivery for cheaper shipping of small parts or orders.

The best bike pieces shop , great assistance ,wide selection , and probably the best prices on the market , ordering from Bucharest I’m receiving my packages faster than from in-town shops . I’m making at least a order a mont and I never had any problems that we didn’t manage to solve with their assistance .

Great shopping experience, knowledgeable employees, they listen to your questions and take the time to explain! Many bikes on stock, website well done... If you call and they don't answer, they will call you back - great customer service!!! Stop by and you'll be pleasantly surprised

You can find here a huge diversity of bikes and all accessories needed, friendly and helpful staff, I will recomended the services or buying a bike from here to anyone experienced or not

Nice shop, large choice of produces, helping staff and internet prices that I saw on the website before visiting were correct, and prices are decent compared to Amazon... only point I didn't liked is the location of the shop, intense traffic road with no bike infrastructure, it's not pleasant to bike to there but it's not the shop fault....

Very high number of parts and bikes, a huge variety of models , staff is well prepared, ask for advice if you don't know. Also, the service and bike mantainance is top knodge ;-)
