We purchased good quality furniture quite a few times.

There are a variety of products for various projects around the home. Prices are decent, but they will not ve super cheap. Staff wise, depends on the aisle you are in, some are very helpful and nice, some will not be subtle in showing they have no desire to help

A bit confusing in comparison with the other store in Cluj, but with friendly staff we managed .

I've called to ask a question and they didn't answer the phone after a couple of minutes of waiting.
The next day they got back to me, and they very politely apologised for not anwering. Then they anwered my question about the availability of the product, so I could go in the shop and buy it.

Very available to customer requests. He immediately understood what I was looking for and did everything possible to solve my problems.

Very pleasand staff. Iulia and Ramona helped me returning a tool that I bought by accident without the reciept and suggested another tool that could help me.
