Great food and excellent quality! It's one of the best cheeseburgers and pizzas I've tried so far. The staff is polite and English speaking and the design of the place is breathtaking.
Well deserved 5⭐!

We only had dinner here, it was amazing. The service was great, our waiter was really friendly. Food was also very nice!

Beautiful place with wonderful staff. Large portions, excellent presentation! Special thanks to the chefs for the delicious dishes!!! In 10 days in Sighisuara, we tried almost everything. And every dish was great!

Had dinner for two and we were very pleased. We tried one of the soups, main course and dessert (we decided to share all courses because we were not too hungry and the portions were quite big). Delicious until the last bite and by comparison to other places in Sighisoara this was our favorite by far. Highly recommended!

I went here with my family and it was so beautiful inside. The scenery the plants the food it was all so good， we went around to try and find good places to eat and this was definitely a hidden gem. I would HIGHLY recommend you go here!!😁😁😁

This was a nice surprise! It's inside the citadel, so you won't have to climb a lot of stairs. I had booked a triple room and they offered us a free upgrade to a 4 person suite, which was so much better! The breakfast was amazing, a lot of homemade dishes, great variety and exceptional desserts! The food in the restaurant is amazing as well, especially the pizza (wood oven) and great quality ingredients!

We had a very nice weekend at Gasthaus. The rooms were very clean and nice, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of different dishes. Totally recommend this place not only for B&B but for lunch and dinner too. Pizza, soup, appetisers and so on are sooooo nice. 👍🏽
We will definitely come back this summer.

Personally I did not stay in the hotel, but used their great morning breakfast offerings procedure at 50 Ron (10 euro) entry and you can essentially eat all you want including eggs, sausages, cereal, different cold cuts, vegetables, sauces, yoghurts and a selection of deserts of which if you want to ask to have some warm dishes.
As for dinner they have some good prices and offer a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, oven made pizzas and many traditional meals all of which have a wonderful presentation and are delicious.
The staff is very nice and caring for any needs that you might have.

Excellent food and excellent service. We purposely ordered light fare so as to save room for Papanasi’s. Soup,salad, bread and a local white wine were a perfect setup. We are in Romania for 2 1/2 weeks and while we are at it we’ve vowed to locate the Primo Papanasi. The Gasthaus Altepost Papanasi is the leader of the pack so far. We ate early and had the cellar to ourselves.

Very nice restaurant with a good mood and friendly staff. I went there for lunch and it was quiet. The food was delicious and I had a nice time there.

Maybe the best restaurant in town. I've eaten at a lot of restaurants in Sighisoara, but here, the food was the best. Staff was very professional and the waiting time for food was very good, considering the volume of people that were in the restaurant. I tried different foods, and every single time, I was pleasantly surprised. Pricewise, it is ok, not too cheap but not too expensive, it is at the same level (pricewise) as other restaurants in the city. As design, one of the best in town as well, both fancy and casual at the same time. I do recommend this place.

Review only for the food: very tasty and good quality for the price asked, service was really good.
Advice: share the papanaşi portion, it's way to much for one person ☺

Did not try the hotel, only the restaurant: the food is quite good, tasty (we tried only the traditional food) and the portions are big. Every time I come to Sighisoara, I go to this restaurant to have the papanasi, they are one of the best I tried - crispy on the outside, soft in the middle

The atmosphere: cosy and welcoming. The servers did a good service; efficient and unnoticeable.

The food was 5 stars, chef's kiss! It was tasty, and it looked great. We recommend the Tiramisu 😉

As for papanasi, my favorite dessert, score 8.5 out of 10, delicious☺.

This review only takes into consideration the restaurant, not the accommodation. The main course was decent, but it was the dessert that truly stole the show. The staff maintained a mild-mannered and polite attitude throughout, making the dining experience pleasant. The atmosphere was quite nice, though it can get a tad crowded during peak hours, as they've placed the tables in close proximity to each other.

I was served by a super nice waiter named Raul, excellent manners and service.

Top choice in Sighisoara.

I don’t know how are the rooms, but the restaurant is amazing, very tasteful food, big portions and kinda cheap 😁 Also the staff is very nice!

During my recent stay here, I experienced a level of service that left me truly touched and grateful. I was greeted with warm smiles and hospitality. However, it was one particular receptionist who went above and beyond to fulfill a special request that made my stay unforgettable. Thank you!

The hotel is top-notch on amenities and has an unbeatable location. Truly recommend.
