Our consultant, Paul Musat, answered all our questions and helped us with design and recommendations for the best products for our small kitchen with patience and professionalism. The installation team was great, very professional and ready to accommodate everything and however we wanted. Thank you.

We have come to Ixina more of the curiosity after seeing some photos on their Facebook page. Immediately we were fascinated by the way we were treated by Mrs Andra Ivan. The plan designed by Mrs Andra Ivan for our kitchen was simply incredible. The attention paid to details has conquered us immediately. We signed the contract instantly. The price paid was much lower than what we expected so we also made ourselves a "gift" (wine fridge). Delivery and installation were impeccable. The Ixina team who mounted the kitchen, worked very fast, very professional and they even used a vacuum cleaner where they worked. They left their place exactly as they found it, clean. After two years of use, the kitchen looks impeccable, as if it is new. We returned after two years with a few friends who have seen our kitchen and they will also make their kitchen furniture at Ixina. Now we will also make a bar with the furniture from Ixina.

At Ixina it's not only about the kitchens, but about the entire experience. As soon as you enter the showroom and talk to one of the designers you simply know that you are in good hands. I mostly appreciate the effort they are putting in to find the best solution for you to fit the budget but at the same time to have a personalised design. In my family we did 3 gorgeous kitchens with them in the last years and every time they were delivered and installed on time.

A very professional and dedicated team.

The kitchen project is personalized. However, you also receive advice /additional information about a certain idea implementation. It is not about the furniture only. The way this fits within the room and matches your preferences/needs/living style, efficient usage of available space, are other key aspects. This is very useful, as sometimes you just have no idea what to do or you would like to do something, but considering certain constraints/risks/important points not known from the beginning, it would be better to find another solution to get the final product as desired and avoid unpleasant surprises.

Quality - thing that best describes the furniture/materials. You can select from a broad range of materials, colors, design, styles.

Appliances - Ixina has relationships established with many well-known suppliers. Prices offered are comparable with what is found on the market and there are products/alternatives for almost all preferences/budgets. For me it was very useful the fact that I bought all the appliances from a single place, they have delivered them at the same date with the furniture and the same assembly team has installed them. Moreover, the appliances selection was also an area where I received advice (regarding brands, quality, features, technology, what is appropriate for my needs and preferences).

3D project - provides from the beginning the perspective. You see how your kitchen will look like, in any detail; based on this you can request for changes/adjustments to get the preferred version.

During the entire project period, if there was a necessity for changes to be made (for objective reasons), Ixina team was flexible and helpful, ensuring that the final result will be similar.

The assembly was made exemplary: fast, clean and professional. The assembly team new exactly how to implement the project in any detail using professional equipment. This provided confidence that the installation was performed appropriately/correctly/safety (considering also the fact that we are speaking about suspended furniture and appliance installation). The team even cleaned the space after finishing the works, leaving the kitchen ready for use.

The delivery time agreed was reasonable and they did deliver at the expected date.

Other important aspect - if, before installation, you need some more time to perform other works in the area where the furniture will be placed, Ixina gives you this time to finalize them without any price changes. In my case I needed time to make the water installations and perform the finishing works, which took 2-3 months, and there was no problem from Ixina’s part. They came and made again the measurements after these works, to ensure the furniture will fit the actual area.

Price - if you consider what it includes (furniture, appliances, consultancy services provided, assembly etc.) you realize it is a fair price. Because I am not an architect/designer, by myself, I would have spent a lot of time trying to find ideas/solutions. It would have been necessary to hire different suppliers for each part of the project and because each supplier would have assumed only its part, if matching problems would have appeared maybe I would have not been able to solve them or it would have been necessary to engage others to solve the problem/perform the repairs. This would have meant additional costs and stress and maybe the final kitchen would have not looked as it is now.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the collaboration with them. I can also mention that I was lucky to work directly not only with one of the Ixina’s agents, but also with the General Manager, a very dedicated, talented and involved person, willing to support you and provide you a solution in any situation.

Overall, the kitchen is much more beautiful than it looked in the 3D version and I do enjoy spending time there.

I will surely recommend Ixina to anyone interested and I will consider them for future projects.

Wow! Am bucataria perfecta cu ajutorul Ixina! Detaliu in care a fost lucrat proiectul, migala cu care a fost montata mobila (avand pereti neuniformi), calitatea materialelor, toate au condus catre bucataria perfecta, fara de cusur. Ii voi recomanda mereu. Jos palaria pentru voi.

Am bucătăria pe care mi-am dorit-o,datorita echipei Kimor.A fost un proiect dificil,datorita spațiului și a pereților neuniformi.Cu toate acestea a ieșit foarte bine,as putea spune chiar perfect.De la proiectare pana la montaj totul a fost cum rar gasesti la o firma în tara noastră.Ii recomand cu căldură, pentru ca merita. Sunt foarte dedicați ca tu client sa fi mulțumit de alegerea făcută,și îți îndeplinesc toate doleanțele oricât de greu ar fi pentru el. FELICITARI!!! sunteți o firmă model.Va mulțumesc,pentru visul împlinit.

Nelocuind in Bucuresti, am ajuns la Ixina (fara o programare făcută in prealabil) intr-o seara, chiar inainte de ora închiderii. Ne-a preluat Oana, designerul la care nici nu visam. Au plecat toti colegii ei si a ramas cu noi vreo 2 ore ca sa ii înșirăm dorințele noastre si sa ne arate in show-room ce variante avem. Om mai calm si mai răbdător ca Oana, nu am întâlnit! Ne-a explicat (cu argumente) de ce nu e bine cum am “proiectat” noi mobila pe foaia de hârtie șifonată cu care ne-am prezentat si ce varianta ar fi optima. Si da, a fost mai buna varianta ei!
Si cel mai important lucru a fost încadrarea in buget! De cati bani am dispus-de atat ne-am ales materialele si ne-a proiectat mobila! Fara a ne face sa ne simțim prost ca nu ne permitem mai mult. E mare lucru, sa știți!
Următorul pas a fost sa vina in Alexandria-la 100 km distanță - o echipa pentru măsurătorile exacte.
Noi mai venit in Bucuresti pentru prezentarea proiectului 3D si pentru mici modificari, iar intre timp am discutat la telefon si pe whatsapp. Ne mai venea o idee, o sunam. Schimbam chiuveta cu una mai mare? poza pe whatsapp…si tot asa .
Am mai facut un drum inca o data la semnarea contractului.
Montajul a fost executat in termen de 6 saptamani de la semnarea contractului de catre o echipa minunata formată din George si Catalin. Cea mai profesionista echipa din cate am întâlnit in renovarea acestui apartament. Nu au uitat nimic, nu au avut nevoie de ceva in plus, nu ne-au trimis sa cumpărăm chestii care le-ar fi lipsit. Ne-au pus pe poziție toate electrocasnicele, desi nu erau achiziționate de la Ixina ( le cumpăraseră noi cu o luna inainte de a ajunge la ei) .Plus curățenia pe care au lasat-o in urma lor!
Suntem mega fericiti de alegerea pe care am facut-o!

Personalul de la showroom precum si echipa de la montaj sunt foarte profesionisti si axati pe nevoile si satisfactia clientului. Toata mobila e fabricata in Germania, de aici si durata mai mare de productie ( dar oferta o bucatarie provizorie la schimb), iar calitatea este net superioara fata de alte firme de calibru apropiat. Una peste alta si montajul a fost “la milimetru “, iar partea cea mai tare e ca are garantie “casco” 10 ani. Merita pretul in plus!

Bucataria pe masura asteptarilor.

Cu totii ne dorim o bucatarie de vis -in bugetul alocat, livrare cat mai rapida, in spatiul disponibil si …o bucatarie intermediara pana la livrare.

Experienta noatra a fost un melanj de creativitate, pricepere, dedicare, profesionalism alaturi de echipa iXina.
Oana, consultantul nostru pe parcursul proiectului, in cadrul intalnirilor avute, ne-a implementat solutia pe baza cerintelor noastre.
Cosmin a masurat si verificat dimensiunile. Simona ne-a preluat si a dus proiectul mai departe in perioada concediului Oanei.
Echipa de montaj (George si Narcis ) a lucrat cu profesionalism pana in cele mai mici detalii. As putea spune ca mobila a fost "aliniata" la milimetru.
