Excellent location with a cozy terrace. I called and asked if I can get a table in 10 minutes, the answer was: “Yes, we will accommodate your party”. When we got there they were finishing moving tables and chairs and they apologized for not being ready yet. Knowledgeable staff, excellent food and service, clean bathroom and reasonable prices. They deserve 5+ stars, highly recommended.

Cool place, right 50 meters away from touristic part of village. You can eat here traditional romanian cuisine, with very nice traditional atmosphere. The staff is really nice and smiled. Prices are really affordable. Wecan highly recommend this place to eat before/after Transfogaran Road.

This is a special place in Curtea de Argeş. It's a rustic place with local traditional food, very fast service, the waiters are very polite with their customers. I strongly recomand "sarmale" and pancackes!

Didn't expect to find such a lovely place on our way from Bucharest to Carpathian mountains. This is local romanian restaraunt with a garden where you can have a meal in small arbors. Very fast service, friendly staff, low prices but really tasty national food. Almost the best papanashy I've tasted in Romania!

Ps; I have visited again this place in the summer and the garden is lovely and the quality of the food remains great.

Food is really tasty and portions quite big. Prices are reasonable and you can also pay with credit card. Waitress was friendly, with a positive attitude.
You can also order and take away.

Oh my god this is by far the best food I ate in Romania in all of my 4 vists to Romania!! The Coibra, the meat palate, the ribs... All are very very tasty... And the home draft beer.. fantastic. Also the papanas was great!!! Really recommended and prices are very good. You should give this place a shot when you visit Curtea de Arges after a day driving the Tranfagarasan!!

If you want to try out something exquisite, try the pork liver which is perfectly grilled.

Very nice place with traditional food. Our waitress was very quick, nice and she spoke English very well. Food was great as well as beer.

The food was really good, traditional vibe and music. Definitely will come back for a "ciorba" and maybe try some ribs next time.

Great place to eat. Traditional Romanian food with reasonable a price. A large parking for 25-30 cars. A playground for kids and large groups can fit. There were 11 of us, 3 teen kids and a dog.
