Worst service late no caring

It took me an hour to get an account statement.
At first a person got in front of me without queuing, I explained to the employee that it was my turn, but she advised me to wait for other employees and accepted the person without queuing.
Often the specialists move away from their places and turn to others, as a result two people solve one problem and the queue gets longer.
My problem was also solved by two people.
As a result, I spent an hour to get a simple statement. Premium account is useless.

У меня заняло час, взять выписку по счету.
Сначала человек влез передо мной без очереди, я объяснил сотруднице что сейчас моя очередь, но она посовеловала подождать мне других сотрудников и приняла человека без очереди.
Часто спецыалисты отходят от своих мест и обращяются к другим, в итоге двое людей рещают одну проблему и очередь становится больше.
Мой вопрос по выписке таже решали двое человек.
Как итог, потрачен час для получения простой выписки. Премиум акаунт бесполезен.
