Lapušnja Monastery

Very old ruins of a monastery built in 1501. It is very beautiful and amazing but unfortunately not very well preserved. For years people are trying to get the state to rebuilt it but the state is doing nothing. It is very hard to get to the location also.

Remarkable remnants of a church constructed by Radul the Great, the nephew of the renowned Vlad Dracula. This church, built in the year 1500 AD, stands as the most significant architectural achievement among the churches erected by Wallachian rulers beyond their borders. Adjacent to the present-day church is an older tomb that predates the structure. Interestingly, the identity of the individual buried within the tomb remains unknown.

Država ne radi ništa da ovaj biser sačuva. Do manastira je moguće doći samo jakim kolima ili pešaka jel je put loš

Na zalost,potpuno razrusen manastir ali sa nadom da ce biti obnovljen uz volju dobrih ljudi

Skriven i nazalos urusen ali se vidi da je jos u fumkciji,tj nije zapusten

Пут до манастира је земљани и захтева улагање напора да би се стигло до њега. У периоду када често падају кише боље је отићи пешице до манастира. Природа је лепа и сам манастир. Иако је у рушевинама, зрачи лепотом. Мир нарушава чопор паса у непосредној близини манастира. Стога опрез приликом обиласка. Подигли су га војвода Јован Радул и велики жупан Гергина око 1500 године.  Осликан је 1510. године, под надзором кнеза Богоја. Утврђен је за споменик културе од великог значаја и под заштитом је државе.

Mânăstirea Lăpuşna, cu biserica Sf. Nicolae ctitorită de Radu cel Mare şi de unchiul său Gherghina, pârcălab de Poienari. A suportat lucrări de conservare a ruinelor şi fragmentelor de pictură murală, între 1969-1970.
