Beautiful view point, to see the sunset, getting there depends on the medium you choose, it is great both on a walk (quite a lot of physical effort) or on a motorcycle. when we arrived there was no one at the post, therefore we did not pay, nor were there any people! An incredible place to admire Sairee beach, and contemplate the best sunsets in Ko Tao.

It is in a good sense wild and undiscovered place, from which an utterly mind-boggling sunset view is opened. Be set for that path towards is arduous and the place itself is quite undeveloped, but your efforts will reap big rewards, for sure.
I just give one little tip, in case if you dare to check this place out. As I said, the path towards is quite challenging, so I would recommend you to leave your bike almost straight after you turn to the fork from the main road. The point is, that after a while, stiff terrain starts: absence of concrete road, abundance of sand, sticks and all that stuff. And also, bear in mind that there are no lanterns, so if you decide to meet the sunset atop, your return journey down can be dangerous enough, considering this path's peculiarities. We didn’t know about it, so we decided not to take this risk and we could not manage to meet the sunset on the top, because we were afraid of riding down the hill in the dark on this terrain.
The rest, the place is absolutely stunning. Photos are self-explanatory.

Only viewpoint where someone isn't trying to extort you and charge 200 baht. Bring a beer, sit in the hammocks and have a great time as the sun sets over Koh Tao. Scooter highly recommended to get here unless you want your legs to be jelly after walking up there.

Difficult to access by moped until the last 200m where you have to dismount but well worth the travel. Hammocks and chairs are comfortable. Their was a local who charged 50Baht per person on the first day but let us sit for free on day two and also did shuttle runs to the shop to get us cold beverages. The view itself is exceptional and looks back over the whole western coast of the island. 10/10

Amazing view, better than John Suwan peak. You have to pay 20 bht per person on scooter. No entrance fee. You can buy beverages there, beer included.

Beautiful viewpoint offering an almost 180 degree of the island from up top. Easy to get here till a point comes when you have to walk it. Especially risky because it can get muddy. But worth the visit.

Beautiful and peaceful sunset spot! It’s on private land so you will need a bike to get there and to pay an entry fee, but the owner is lovely and it’s well worth it!
