Phi Phi Hotel

Amazing location! The hotel is like 1 min walk from the McDonald’s!(if you go on a tour, your meeting point is most likely McDonald’s). I stayed at 5th floor and view was amazing. There is no elevator so be aware of stairs if you get a room upstairs. The staff will bring your bag to room and bring it down when u check out so no need to worry!. The staff were very helpful and room was clean. AND i had a room with amazing view! I enjoyed waking up every morning to watch the view of the island from my balcony.

Stayed for 2 days in the month of February 2024. Best prices, good clean rooms and bathrooms. Not ideal for handicapped or sick persons as there are no lifts. They also have first aid box at the lobby which came handy when I got my hand injured on the beach.. good family hotel. Will come again!!

This hotel was amazing for it's price. Perfect location, nice gym down the street, free breakfast and a really friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and the balcony had an incredible view. Would recommend staying here 10/10

My booking at another hotel got cancelled and I was left without a hotel when I arrived in Phi Phi. I went to Phi Phi hotel and they accomodated me in a second. Really nice rooms, friendly staff, breakfast was pretty good and the hotel is right at the center of everything. Very reasonable prices too, even when walking in without a reservation. Will definitely come back!

We had a perfect stay here for a couple days. The service is great and the location too because you're right at the peer where the ferries arrive, so no need to bring your luggage anywhere far away once you arrive and you're always quick for any boat tour. Fantastic and cheap restaurants just around the corner like 'Fada' or any other restaurant in this corner.
Rich breakfast in the morning with a lot of variety. Pool is nice and the staff was always there for you in case of any problems. Fully recommend staying here!

We stayed here for 2 nights and had the best experience:) The staff was so nice and helpful, always offering to help us with our luggage, etc. The breakfast was great with a big variety. The room was a bit old but quaint and very clean. Plus it couldn’t be in a better location. I would definitely stay again!

I liked the hotel. Of course it is not new, but very clean and spacious. The rooms are large with a good view of the mountains and the sea. The girls at the reception are very friendly and responsive

I stayed at a marvelous hotel on an island with breathtaking views from the higher stories. The ocean, hills, and famous Ton Sai Pier were all visible, creating an unforgettable panorama. The staffs was friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. The building had elegant decorations, but the lack of an escalator made carrying baggage challenging. However, the helpful hotel staff quickly assisted when asked. The balcony view was simply awe-inspiring, leaving a lasting impression.

Warm and welcoming staff, clean room, an outdoor swimming pool and a glass of pineapple juice to welcome you.

The breakfast was great, a lot of variety and surprisingly good (surprising after reading some bad reviews about it on here). We also had free access to a well-equipped gym that is in a nearby hotel.

The location is also close to everything and somewhat quiet still. I loved my stay at the Phi Phi Hotel !

It's the closest hotel to Ton Sai pier (literally 1 minute away). Rooms are a bit dated but clean and the bed comfortable. Fantastic sea view. Really lovely and helpful staff. Unfortunately there is no bar at this hotel but the nearest bar is maybe 30 seconds away! As previously mentioned there are no elevators but this wasn't a problem for us, and my hubby is 70!!!!

Location, location, location! We stayed from 9th if Jan to 12th of January. Once you get off the Ferry from tonsai pier, it's a 2 minute walk to the hotel. Service is great, we were greeted and explained about the free use of pool and gym. Beach towels can be borrowed from reception for free. What's even better is that if you need laundry service, there's one right opposite reception 🙌🏾

We stayed on level 5, the room had a queen size bed which was nice and firm and air-con that worked well.

The location of Phi Phi hotel is just perfect. It is barely a minutes walk off Ton Sai pier itself. The building is just behind a 5 star diving school and a 7/11. It's neither too close to the noisy party places nor far enough to take more than 10 minutes to access. It even has a very comfortable pool. The rooms were throughly cleant at regular intervals and the staff especially the lady at the desk was a sweetheart and I enjoyed my interactions with her and her team. The rooms itself was big and spacious with all the amenities needed to make the stay a comfortable one.

P.s- There is a gymnasium and welcome drink available but that's in another hotel of theirs down the same road.

Pretty simple hotel with great views. You won't spend much time here but they have everything you need for a hotel. We had a deluxe superior room with a great view of the pier and sea. Everything including food and boat taxis to gorgeous beaches are walking distance (pretty much right downstairs). They have free breakfast buffet in the morning which isn't bad. Recommend!

Great locations, very helpful staff and nice view from the rooms! Breakfast was also good. I totally recommend. And right next to the port and diving centers.

Amazing hotel! Very close to the main beach. Only a 2 minute walk.
Very welcoming staff. Lunch and breakfast cake with our package and both were great.

In order for the lights and A/C to turn on you need to put your room key in this square slot by the door and that activates the room to turn on. I think most Thai hotels are like this.

Really nice hotel near pier - good location. Clean, comfy rooms and good staff. For this price one of the best on island.

Beautiful modern hotel. Great location near the pier, easy access other islands, and other restaurants. Breakfast was great lots options, omelette station, fresh fruit, rice, noodles, salad bar, and bread station. It's also away from the noise and bars if your looking for something quite. Very relaxing hotel and pool access rooms are amazing. Despite the lots of mosquitos, I would stay here again just bring some strong mosquito repellent. Beds are hard and wifi is sucks.

perfect locatet hotel in phiphi, the hotel is not that modern but has nice service, like 24h reception, you can give them your key so you wont loose it, breakfast is basic but totally enough, 7eleven and streetfoodmarket pretty close
