Lovely location, nicely furnished rooms with a really nice shower area. We stayed in the Garden View rooms and still got a stunning view of the mountains at sunrise and sunset.

Breakfast is excellent with fresh-made Yunnan noodles, congee, toast, and Pa Tong Go. They also have a coffee machine that can make cappuccino, latte, and espresso etc. with plant-based milks available. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.

To me, this is the best stay in Mae Salong Vs Twins farm (sucks), and Ama Mae salong (great but some rough corners). Why?
1. Breathtaking view of the winding roads and beautiful Wat in the clouds at night or without clouds, shining like a grand crown with jewels. Not to talk about the amazing starscape on a clear night, which put together, transports you to a very peaceful realm.

2. Amazing bed which puts you to sleep automatically even without an aircon.

3. Huge TV but without Netflix 🫣 but still passable since one can download episodes and watch via Samsung DeX app

4. 175 litre fridge with enough stocking space for anything you want to stock. Enough space to hang clothes and put stuff

5. Comfortable bathroom with hot water and toiletries. Even a sliding window for more adventurous (or lazy) ones.

6. Not a lot of parking space but it is very close to the rooms, provided you get a room on the same level. Comfortable for washing bikes as there is a tap with hose, and also washing machine for wary travellers' dirty clothes

7. Comfort food in the morning - simple buffet and very tasty noodle soup. Good Mala hotpot in the night.

Need I say more? Every other hotel in town should learn from this rustic, non-hotel establishment.

Simple but tidy hotel in Chinese-style building. Views from the room terrace down the valley are absolutely stunning. For breakfast, in addition to avocados, bread, jam and coffee, you get youtiao, soy milk and Yunnanese noodles with an egg.

Very nice accommodation that I used to stay, they service very patient, nice, with the smile. This accommodation full of chinese culture art also with the great breakfast. They also provide dinner which is Mala set that is so delicious, served with the local vegetable, meat, shrimp and the price is also reasonable. They also have a lot of Tea and dry food sell here. The owner is very helpful and always keep smiling to tourist.

Nice hotel. Recommend to get the more expensive room, having stayed in both the cheaper and more expensive one. TV is better, toilet is better and everything feels a bit more new. Cheaper one shows sign of deterioration, like not enough pressure for hot water and leaking ceiling in bathroom. Also smaller TV.
Views from both rooms and great and the noodles for breakfast are delicious.

The stay was really good, comfortable bed and great view. There is a coffee shop just opposite the homestay, it's a must try. There is also a walking street nearby and the streets has lot of paintings. Also a 7-11 in Walking distance. Recommend to order dinner at the homestay as there are fewer choices around. The climate was good. The sunrise view is really nice. Overall a great experience

I had such wonderful memories staying here. The view from my room was amazing and most of all, the staff (owner's family) were all so kind! They made my stay very enjoyable and it felt more like a homestay. The location was a short walk from the morning farmer's market (uphill just past 7-Eleven). I highly recommend staying here for the wonderful hospitality. Also, breakfast was delicious with a serene view.

Stayed an overnight at J2 suite.

Amazing view, good room facilities, and very clean. The room is full with decoration props (e.g., lightning, picnic set, flowers, candles, bubble foam bath for jacuzzi). Breakfast is served to bedroom (combination of local and western breakfast style).

The view is one of the best in this area. The tea has a very nice smell as the name of the shop. The service was superb. Everyone is friendly.

We didn't get to stay here but dine here several times. The hotpot was just amazing, particularly the Mala soup. Very nice hospitality of the owner family. Great for kids and family.

Cozy little hotel. Some rooms offer a view to die for. Weather are quite nice even in July where temperature at night was around 22-26C. A nice local Chinese restaurant is 50meter away.
