Chaokoh Phi Phi Hotel And Resort

The hotel is ideally located in the center of the village, close to restaurants, diving centers and shops, and a stone's throw from the harbour.
Our room on the ground floor was OK although a little dark. Breakfast (7:30 to 10:00) was varied and very good with a nice view of the beach. Rooms are cleaned in the afternoon between 13:00 and 18:00.
The only complaint I have is the smell of sewage, which is very present in places in the corridors or aisles.
We did not use the swimming pool.

I was little skeptical about this hotel after reading other reviews but my experience was very good surprisingly. We had booked sea view room.. The room was pretty n neatly done, the view was indeed beautiful.. location was amazing near all the nice restaurants n pubs also the beach n pier was so closeby..

Our stay at Chaokoh Phi Phi Hotel And Resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff exhibited the utmost professionalism and were incredibly helpful. We were pleasantly surprised when they provided an escort to assist with our luggage, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Additionally, they kindly informed us about the 500 baht deposit required for the room key, which was a helpful heads-up.

The room itself exceeded our expectations, being both spacious and impeccably clean. We appreciated the complimentary water bottles provided, adding a thoughtful touch to our stay. The highlight, however, was the hot tub by the pool, situated next to the villas. Although we didn't use it, we were delighted to learn that guests were allowed to enjoy the tub and drinks there late into the night, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Despite a minor oversight on our part regarding the check-out time, the staff handled the situation with grace and understanding. Despite our late departure, they did not charge us extra, demonstrating their commitment to excellent customer service.

If I were to offer any suggestion for improvement, it would be to pay attention to the internet wifi in the hotel room. While it worked intermittently, there were times when the connection was unreliable. However, this minor inconvenience did not detract from the overall quality of our stay.

Great weekend at the hotel, in the deluxe villa. Very service minded staff and amazing nice pool with a bar. The hotel is in a quiet part of the Phi Phi Center. Easy to reach and walk to all shops and restaurants.

Absolutely amazing! We stayed in the deluxe pool view villa and it did not disappoint. The hotel is in the perfect location. Right on the side of town. You can walk everywhere! Close to the pier. Close to the lookout points. In the heart of the shopping. But not right there that you are kept up at night. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Stayed for two nights. Loved their service and behavior. They asked for a 1000 baht deposit but returned it without any hassle.

We celebrated our marriage anniversary at this resort and they beautifully decorated our room . We stayed at deluxe villa pool view room and also at garden view room. Both of them are amazing. Loved every bit of it and had a great time. Stuffs are well behaved. Our room was neat and clean . Beach was at walking distance so overall we had a great experience ❤

Very nice resort, pool is really good, rooms are super good looking and enjoyable, it's close to pier so easy access once you arrive !

Only thing is that AC takes some time to make the room cold and is noisy, also lot of door slamming in the morning but nothing horrible, the stay was awesome allover 👍

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful garden area and pool. The hotel looked like the nicest one around. Our room was big and clean. I think the other reviews complaining about the smell in the bathroom obviously didn’t take note of the signs in the bathroom saying not to flush certain things down the toilet, it is a hotel in a small island after all. We had no smell in our flat. The staff were all lovely.

Me and my wife had an unforgettable stay here at this Resort. Hotel Staff surprised us with a beautiful decoration in our room, as it was our Honeymoon. As everybody knows, when you are on holiday you are overwhelmed with all the options of things to do, but the beauty of this island makes it all worth it. Upon our departure once we were already on the ferry towards Krabi, we realized we had forgot our wedding rings and cash in the safe. The lady at the reception went above and beyond to assist us and to make sure we would received our wedding rings before we would leave Krabi. Within 3 hours she had found a way to get us our personal belongings on the next ferry going to Krabi. We are SO THANKFUL for her and her team, we couldn’t believe how efficient she/they were. Thank you for this amazing experience!

One of the best hotels in the area. Location is a big plus since the hotel is just 400m from the pier and there are no vehicles on the island.

I was super nervous to check in because of all the reviews but our stay was really good! We stayed in the deluxe room with no view (room 103) and the room was big, clean. The bed was comfy (although it was 2 single mattresses pushed together), the bathroom was nice. We did have a fan in our bathroom and the shower pressure was good. They cleaned our room by us just putting out the tag on the door. The only issue we had was the pressure in the bathroom sink was non existent, it was a tiny stream of water. And the patio did have a lot of mosquitos as did the common sitting area. But they let us check in an hour early and check out an hour late. We would book here again.

Amazing location very central in phi phi islands yet very quite not at the noisy side. I was a bit skeptic about hotel from reviews but wow the view from 309 was amazing and also shower was perfect no salty water and Smell in toilet negligible at least nothing comes to room. AC is fine not very noisy as reviews say. Also staff very friendly and flexible and hotel nice pool was a great plus.

The food was awesome... We all loved the food and their presentation... Must visit and have the buffet..

This is a very nice Resort. Good service, every day cleaning, fitness room, nice pool and only 4 mins walking to the ton sai pier (where you will arrive with the boat). The place has also a nice restaurant in front of it with good food and discrete service (most of people on the island dont understadn english so this becomes quite painful after few days).

The staff were so hospitable. When we first got there, they gave us juice and chilled towels. The room was very clean when we checked-in and spacious. There was a well-maintained pool area with a cocktail bar. The breakfast buffet was great and had many options. It was nearby other restaurants and shops. It was about a 5-minute walk from the port. It was the off-season (July) and there were still a good number of people on the streets, but we still didn't hear any noise from our room. We absolutely loved this place.

Our fifth time in Phi Phi and so sorry we had not discovered this Hotel earlier. The location on the island is perfect, not in the busy streets but a very short walk to everything, to the Pier, stalls, restaurants, bars and beach. Breakfast is great, the staff are always there to serve you and ensure that you are happy. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The pool is a great plus, not many resorts in the town area have pools, the pool is clean with a bar serving patrons. Local long boats are much cheaper taking you to snorkel around the islands. Take tour own food and a 3 to 4 outing will be breath taking. I love Phi Phi, will never get enough of Thailand and the Thai people. It is truly the land of smiles. 🤗😁
