KT Optic Khao Lak
We ordered 2 eyeglasses (ladies & mens), varifocals with transition lenses in this Khaolak store. Which both have had before.
The salesman did not write the order clear in his order book, so we couldn't see, what he noted. Also his calculations on a piece of paper was like he had written it while riding on a carousel. Figures all around his note. Totally incomprehensible!
When we picked up the glasses, at night, we didn't recognize that the ladies lenses where not transitions. Only the next day - outside in the sun - when we put on the glasses - we realized, that the glasses delivered where not both darkening. So we went back to the KT Optic and complained about the missing transition lenses. We had big discussions. It took us very long time there. At last, we excepted to pay quite a high amount extra to get glasses with transition. They offered another type lenses, probably lesser quality.
Because we are not professionals, we had to take note that these are equal in quality, just another name, as the salesman asserted.
Hopefully we get now what we where looking out for.
