DIYในโลตัสภูเก็ต บริการแย่มาก ขอใบกำกับภาษี ก็เรื่องเยอะ พนักงานตอบเหมือนทางDIYไม่มีการเลือกคนมาทำงาน บริการได้ห่วยมาก เคสคือ แจ้งลูกค้าไปว่า
ขอใบกำกับภาษีด้วนะคะ พนง.ตอบกลับตอนนี้ยังออกไม่ได้ใช้คอมอยู่ ทางเราก้ถามไปว่าแล้วจะได้ประมาณช่วงไหน เค้าก็ตอบ "ไม่ทราบค่ะ" เราก็ยังแจ้งว่าให้ไปถามให้หน่อยได้มั้ยค่ะ คำตอบคือ 'ไม่ทราบเหมือนกันค่ะ"

อบรมการบริการหน่อยนะคะ แล้วเรื่องใบกำกับภาษีเค้าพัฒนา ไปถึงไหนแล้ว ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องนี้ด้วยนะคะ
