Overall and taking into account value for money I would rate as 5star. Plenty on offer. 1 large outdoor pool, smaller pool + heated indoor pool. We have used the gym a few times. Nice gardens with plenty of loungers. We are out of season so not too busy , except weekends when many locals come. Food is quite good and varied with a couple of fresh preparation stations. Waiters are very nice and friendly. We have tried archery with Miky who is a really great friendly chap and so helpful and enthusiastic as are the entertainment team. Service is very good and attentive. This Hotel has given excellent value for money. We have a few days left and are having a great relaxing time. I had never taken breakfast until the last day as we had an early flight. I now wish I had gone to breakfast every day as it was superb. What a spread. Thank you all for a fab holiday.

First of all this hotel is something else amazingly beautiful from the moment we walked through the doors on the first night till leaving we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here can't saying bad about this place.
The hotel staff are absolutely amazing from the front desk to the cleaners.
The waiters and food stations out of this world very polite and helpful.
Well this is a review I've wanted to put up the entertainment staff I could talk about this team well from the moment we met them they are more than just staff they become friends and are always there for a laugh and the day time entertainment is amazing the night time is even better brilliant music and choreography from the team if you want a holiday to remember you need to visit this amazing place and meet everyone you will not be disappointed at all all the best guys and girls you've Been amazing thank you.

I must say that if you plan to visit Hammamet, the best time to go is between June and September. My review is based on our trip in July, and it was an incredible experience. During this period, many African countries have a three-month summer break, and they all gather in Hammamet, resulting in a fantastic level of entertainment.

Now, regarding the hotel, it was outstanding. Even during the peak season, it never felt overcrowded because there's so much space. The food was, hands down, the best I've ever had. Usually, the novelty of all-inclusive resorts wears off, but this hotel offered an incredible variety of delicious options that kept the excitement alive. You could find food being served nearly all day in one form or another.

The entertainment at this hotel was unlike anything I've ever seen in my life; it was truly out of this world. After breakfast, you had a plethora of activities to choose from, like ping pong, French bowls, archery, darts, water polo, and much more. Our days were packed with fun and adventure.

Another bonus was that the hotel provided a free voucher to Carthageland and the water park, which added even more excitement to our trip.

On a cautionary note, I'd advise against booking the Chich Khan hotel. On our way back at the airport, we encountered people who had stayed there, and they were not having a good experience.

In summary, this has been my best holiday ever, but it's crucial to visit during the right season, as the entertainment outside the hotel in the evenings and nights, especially for kids, is absolutely out of this world.

We have had a fabulous week here as a family of four, two adults and two teens.
The adjoining rooms were perfect in size and position for us with sunny balconies and kept clean although as others have said, they are dated in style and the showers are not always consistently hot or pressured. But nothing which really spoilt our time here.
Pools are great, staff very friendly, drinks always available and served to you with diligence wherever you are sat.
Negatives for us were the labelling of food which wasn’t very detailed and so was a challenge for one of our party who is a vegetarian - for example a chopped salad which we found had little bits of meat in. Or pasta which was labelled as tomato and vegetable which had pieces of chicken. The food otherwise is a good mix of traditional options, especially at breakfast and also reliable rice and meat dishes, grilled food, pizza, pasta served with salads and other sides. We tried the a la carte in the hotel which was a nice change and the snack bar outside by the pool was our favourite for lunch options on the lighter side.
We also found the music from the evening entertainment to be so loud….and going on til 1130pm. If we had younger children that would have been a much bigger issue. The entertainment team, waiting staff and reception staff were friendly, helpful and so hard working throughout our stay.

If I wanted to criticise, I would probably find some areas to improve in this hotel. It would be better to have more sockets in the room. Wifi could be more stable in some areas. But all of this doesn't matter, actually :-) This hotel is simply a gem. Amazing! Excellent! So I don't want even to describe. Just go there to see on your own eyes.

This is a nice surprise for me. A calm and beautiful hotel. Food is exceptionally tasty with a large choice at every meal. Loved the pastry there as well. The decoration of the restaurant is so special. The rooms are a bit old fashioned but it works. It's not a big hotel but it suited us well as we have one person with limited mobility. The animation program and team is amazing. There's also some activities for kids, a playground and a kids club. All of us are very satisfied by the stay even though we are a quite heterogeneous group 😁 (two elderies, one adult and a 2 years old).

A good All Inclusive option although not all the food offered was the way I prefer it to be presented.
My husband had no problems and neither did many other hotel guests.
Rooms are serviced every day.
The restaurant staff work extremely hard and remain pleasant under those circumstances.
Tables for 2 people are not so readily available, but stand still and look around for a few seconds and one of the staff will come and find a place for you.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Clean, welcoming, fantastic entertainment team through the day and evening. 2 minute walk from the beach 🏖.. 5 minutes from shops. Would definitely come here again. If I could give a higher star rating I would.

Amazing hotel, everything was more than perfect during our one week stay. It's super clean, when you enter the lobby the first thing you notice is the smell of jasmine and how beautiful it's decorated. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and have all that you might need. The food is delicious, great variety for everyone's taste - plenty of choice of salads, meats, garnish, pasta, pizza, pastries and deserts. The outside areas are very well situated, you have the main big pool with sunbeds, that is close to the bar and there is a second pool in the "backyard" that is very calm, so you won't be bothered by music or other noises. Also the beach is in 2 min walk, where you have also sunbeds, small bar, everything added to the All Inclusive:) Last but not least, the staff is just awesome, they all run around all day to make sure that everything is clean and in order and that all guests have all they need. I write this review from this hotel as I'm having my breakfast just now in my 5th day of staying here. . This is one of the best hotels !! I can't believe how beautiful and clean is. Rooms are made every day, the food is very good, lots of options to choose from, drinks available all the time. The staff is amazing! Lots of waiters around you to fulfill your wishes , the entertainment team is excellent they won't let you get bored , we play games everyday, we laugh a lot they knows our names and we are like a big family. The feeling of safety is amazing, TUI reps are all the time here ensuring that we are safe and happy . You Don't have to leave the hotel as they got everything here, shops, pools etc.
I'll definitely come back here.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great service, varied and delicious food and good staff. Just one thing to improve, it would be better to change the indoor pool opening times, it closes kind of early. Otherwise everything is good 👍

We had a great time here, the food was very good and the service was also great... The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing and the staff worked really hard to keep it that way, always friendly and smiling.

Went as a couple. You have options for other restaurants within the Medina chain of Italian, morrocan and a meal with a dance show, we chose not to go to them as the food was soo good here. Always fresh options cooked in front of you.
The waiters treated you like Kings and Queens in the restaurant and bars, your glass was never empty.
The animation team worked very hard, lots to do if you wanted to join in.
The hotel is spotlessly clean.
One of our best holidays ever.

Bellissimo Belisaire... Great hotel, excellent staff. Food awesome with best choice, all well prepared with fresh daily ingredients and many things cooked to order. Best buffet hotel food I've ever had with good variety too. Many local dishes which made it even better. Hotel facilities good with superb spa offering excellent facilities and skilled staff. Rooms good and spacious with comfortable beds.

just back the Belisaire & Thalasso never been in a cleaner hotel the cooks,waiters,bar staff,reception staff the best always helpful and always with a smile.Marco and the entertainment team did really well and kept everyone entertained even in the bad weather during the first few days.Great drinks and wonderful food me and wife had a really good time and would recommend this hotel.

We have just come back & it was a lovely & relaxing holiday. Season was just starting, so not much to do. The animation staff were very good . Special mention to Salym, who was exceptional. The staff are very friendly & accommodating always ready to help if needed. Thank you for making our stay a good one.

The hotel is extremely clean. The staff is helpful and adorable.
The room was clean, really big, with a comfortable bed specially prepared with flower petals!

The beach is close. The swimming pool is cool. And they organise some activities at night.

The only thing that I don't recommend is the food. Most of the time the quality was acceptable but really not amazing.

Otherwise this hotel has a good price /service ratio

The hotel is big and beautiful. Great service, very lovely people. Food was great, drink bars too. They have the best animation I’ve ever had in hotel. Recommend this place with all my heart. Best greetings for animators, waiters and all staff.
