A Modern café-restaurant, some of it has an English touch. Owned by an Algerian and run/managed by Tunisians. The address mentioned above is incorrect. The place is on Avenue de la République.

I frequented Choca Moca a few times a week because it is one of the few in Hammamet where I could find a corner away from smokers as well as a socket to charge my device.

They have at least one big screen showing Arabic and non-Arabic pop music – some of it is from a Saudi Media network. The staff is so friendly. The prices are not affordable for many – if not most – Tunisians. Few Tunisians, including some families, enjoy having a huge breakfast at the week-end.

It is a very clean place with very clean toilets and comfortable chairs. It is also a stone throw away from the seaside. I used ro spend a couple of hours in the afternoon when the heat was stifling and I could not stay at home.

Although they know how to make a coffee, the quality is not good due to the type of coffee beans Tunisia imports.

We stopped for a quick hot chocolate and tea, and we found out that Choca Moca could offer a lot more, in a nice setting, with lots of space (also upstairs) and helpful staff.

Offre spremute, caffè e the, oltre a piccoli snack.

On a ddé une salade et une pizza : la salade n'est pas fraîche (une salade verte préparé des heures avant !!), la pizza est très mal faite au point qu'on a même pas terminé un morceau. Et quand on a réclamé après avoir payé l'addition, ils se sont moqués de nous à plein rires! Un comportement indigne !!
