Great hotel, great service and great rooms! We stayed here from Italy for a couple of days and we were happily surprised by the politeness of the people. When we arrived our room was clean and smelled really nice, there was also a new pattern of petals and flowers on our bed every day which was quite beautiful. The service ladies are really kind and clean the rooms daily. Another great service is their breakfast, which is quite good and refreshing: including coffee, fruit, eggs, milk, strawberry juice, and loads more. Furthermore, the hotel is very close to the center of the city so it is very conveniently positioned. Great hotel overall.

I travelled around Tunisia for two weeks, changing hotels almost nightly, and I have to say this is my favorite hotel by far. First the staff is warm and welcoming. They always had a smile on their faces, and they were very attentive and caring. The location of the hotel couldnt be better, and they had the nicest breakfast spread I've seen.
Plus all the little gestures were very sweet, from a welcome tea, to a lovely perfume in the room, to all the beautiful decorations around the place. The room was very clean and pretty, the bed was very comfy, the shower hot with good pressure. I absolutely loved this hotel!

Cannot fault this hotel! We chose to stay here as this hotel had the best reviews in all of Hammamet centre and I now know why. We were greeted with a welcome drink when we arrived and staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is great, very varied.

This hotel is situated in the centre of tourist district in Hammamet. The room is standard and clean, with a city view and a refrigerator. The bathroom is large with such a price. Breakfast is served with a variety of food.

The reception team is super kind and helpful. They provide guidance on touristic spots, restaurants, and public transportation.

This hotel is great, very nice and clean rooms amazing and very hospitable staff and great location in Hammamat Tunis.
A special shout out to the amazing staff who will make you feel more than at home.

5 minutes Walk to the Beach, And this Hotel is in the Middle of all needed accommodations, Very nice restaurants.

The room service is excellent. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The team is friendly and welcoming, they treat you as part of the house. It is excellent for downtown lovers, everything is near and safe. Café and shoppings all around. Breakfast is diversified and fresh. The smell of the rooms is fresh. They change covers almost everyday. They respect all covid protection measures. I give it 10/10.

This hotel, is just amazing. Facility is clean and the location is at the center of hammamet. You can enjoy the beach with 10mins of walking and good restaurants nearby. But most of all, the staffs are all very kind and helpful. I could feel that they are all really sincere, responsible and tried every effort to help me when I needed. When I needed to leave early, like 6 20, they offered me for early breakfast, even tho it was not the time for it. My previous hotel was horrible so that I wanted to get out of there ASAP, I chose this hotel based on booking. com review and it was totally right. I am fully recommended this hotel with my full heart.

Brilliant boutique hotel! By far the cleanest hotel we stayed in during our month in Tunisia ( 6 cities ). What you get for the money is amazing value. Location is superb - 5 minutes to medina and beach. Lots of really nice restaurants nearby and air con works really well. Rooms cleaned fastidiously and fluffy fresh towels replaced everyday ( not as common as one would expect).The cleaning staff must have been trained at the Ritz. Breakfast is standard fare, has a bit of everything. The owner takes pride in her hotel and quite clearly cared about our feedback. As a Brit, a kettle in the room would have been nice ( none of the hotels we stayed in had one).
