Radisson Blu Resort & Thalasso, Hammamet

The 2014 rebranded hotel is among the best and most luxurious hotels in the region, the food and service are what starts tells you, located straight to the beach and halfway between Hammamet and Mrezgua offers a variety of activities minutes away.

It was my first time at the hotel Radisson Blu hammamet since the check in i was welcomed with beautiful smiles the service was perfect the buffet was delicious and with a lot of variety the view of my room was amazing especially during the sunset a big thank to all the workers over there

The place was very good, the beach and the location are excellent. I rated service at 4 starts only because as a non French speaker I feel that the level of English could improve in general. And the reception people need to be more pro active and awake, they are a bit slow. But always polite and welcoming.

The staff from the pool and beach are amazing, great attitude and energy.

Overall, good experience and totally recommended!

I recently spent three nights at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Hammamet with my wife, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. First and foremost, the staff were exceptional—always smiling and going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They made the check-in process smooth and got us to our room without any hassle.

Cleanliness was another high point. The housekeeping staff were friendly and diligent, changing towels and soap daily. The overall service was excellent.

Although we didn’t use the swimming pool, preferring the sea instead, it looked clean and well-maintained. Speaking of the sea, the beach was absolutely beautiful—a definite highlight of our stay.

The only minor drawback was the slow Wi-Fi. However, since we spent most of our time enjoying the sea, this wasn’t a significant issue for us.

Overall, I highly recommend the Radisson Blu Hotel in Hammamet for its excellent service, cleanliness, and beautiful beachfront location.

It's been a month since I got back from Tunisia. I really love the country. It's my first time in Tunisia.
First of all, I have very good experience with this hotel. I booked the nicest room with beach view. Almost every night, I hung out at the balcony just to watch the moon and the beach and talked to my love.
One incident that happened when I ordered the room service on the first day of my stay at this hotel was ridiculous because I was still tired from a long trip from America, I was hungry and boom... the grilled fish I ordered was still raw, and there was blood in there. Also, they forgot to bring some side dish and the white rice as well. These two issues weren't really a big deal for me, but uncooked fish was disgusting. So, I reported to the receptionist, and the worker named Hafedh was awesome. He's immediately concerned and takes care of my issue about the fish. He's also very professional and friendly to us. Hands down for him 🙌🏽
Arabic lounge is my favorite! All the servers were super super friendly and professional as well. The hookahs was great and the fruits tray on the menu was great.
I'd definitely recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. I probably might be coming back again to this hotel. Thank you!

Located right on the beach. Crystal clear water, enjoyed snorkelling every day.

I enjoyed my weekend at this hotel. Everything was great like a dream. The food was heavenly yummy. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The spa experience was nice and the massage went well! I had a lot of body masks in the Hammam. In my room, I had tea bags and electric water heater along with a water bottle. Oh yes! Go for the blue theme for your rooms!
I totally recommend this place!

I visited for breakfast one morning and did not stay overnight. I was so impressed, hopefully I will stay there in future. My first contact was with reception who were extremely professional, helpful and accommodating. The public areas beyond the entrance looked luxurious, as I would expect for a 5 star hotel. The staff for breakfast were super helpful, and the breakfast itself was delicious in a lovely setting.

Excellent location in Hammamet, excellent and very friendly staff. Perfect for business meetings & workshop amenities.

American traveling abroad here! Absolutely wonderful entry staff. Check-in was a breeze, room had an amazingly comfortable bed I didn't know even existed in Tunisia. AC in room worked great, sea view was absolutely gorgeous, smoking was not allowed in the room but they leave an ashtray on the balcony for you. The outdoor pool is well-maintained with lifeguards constantly circling the area doing their duties. Pool-side waiters could use better discipline. Only two were capable of their duties (and I tipped handsomely for their swiftness) out of the 5 or 6 serving. The beach sand was combed and there is plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas for relaxing. I also love the security of the place as a foreign woman was kicked out of the hotel for trying to "pick up" a member of the staff at 4am. There are 24/7 staff at the gate entry and parking was plentiful. 100% will book here again for a longer stay next time.

My stay at Radisson Blu Resort & Thalasso in Hammamet was simply unforgettable! The staff, especially Ahmed Bouhamed, were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home.

The resort's stunning location with its pristine beach and crystal-clear waters was a treat for the senses. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and had all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The dining options were excellent, and the Thalasso spa experience was rejuvenating. The entire staff, led by Ahmed Bouhamed, went above and beyond to ensure a truly exceptional experience.

I highly recommend Radisson Blu Resort & Thalasso to anyone seeking a luxurious and magical escape in Hammamet. Can't wait to return!

Excellent hotel with friendly / professional staff. Location is perfect, next to the beach and very close to downtown and restaurants (by car for a short drive).
The room is not very large but we had no issue to flag.
Food is excellent in the morning and at night..there is a variety of choices for all tastes.
Even though there was a delay at the check in time, but it was well handled by the hotel staff.
Our stay for 5 days was great.
Only thing to mention is the little rocks on the beach..it makes entry into the sea a little bit difficult, and it can seriously harm some people. I think the hotel can clean it.
Also, please advice the clients that "booking" chairs from the early morning in the swimming pool and at the beach and NOT using them for HOURS cannot be tolerated as other clients will not find where to stay !
Unfortunately, many clients are doing that with the assistance of some staff, even though it is against the hotel policy.
A part from these two issues, the hotel is great and I highly recommend it.
I will be back soon, but hopefully those two issues will be fixed.

Overall lovely stay. Lovely beach and grounds. Room was a bit hot being above sauna indoor pool and facing south. Some late night noisy guests in corridors.

This place left me speechless. From the arrival gate outside to departure, service was top notch.

At arrival a nice man garding the gate asked me with a smile if I was resident and welcomed me nicely after verifying vaccine pass. Then another man rushed out to take our luggage and let me go park the car.
At reception a lady "Nihel" was amazing she is a good listener, has good interactions with customers, she is patient and helpful. That lady deserves recognition for what she does. So we got the room which was clean and well fitted for us. We headed out for dinner although the buffet was limited compared to other places but it was rich with its food and especially the staff over there who were happy to welcome all customers and provide them description of the food. They were present and very attentive. At breakfast same thing and at departure a person came quickly to our room and helped me get my luggage in the car. This hotel knows exactly what hotel business means and how to make a customer happy and make an impact.
